I'm 8dpo today, and yesterday & today I've had very very faint positives (when held at certain angles in the light) on opks only when done with fmu. My OH said he can see it too. Fingers crossed it's a positive sign and not just getting my hopes up & faint ovulation positives. AF is due on tuesday so time will tell.

Edit: just googled and apparently we always have the hormone in us. So unless the positive line is the control line colour it doesn't mean anything :( but they also said that you would get a positive on a home test before an opk. Just going to wait till Tuesday & see what happens.

Ooh good luck with the race BB!

CCJ Have a lovely time at your family party. I am glad you are feeling positive :). We are hopefully doing some more sorting out and tidying of the house, and maybe going to the cinema if my step sons fancy it!

I have been trying to focus on eating well these past few days. Since our wedding last year my eating has been horrendous and i have put on alot of weight. I am feeling really positive about it as for the last 3 days I have 100% stuck to slimming world. This will no doubt sound silly to lots of you but I literally can't remember the last time I followed it properly for 3 days in a row (even when I did it and lost 2 stone!). I have today planned so I am hoping to have another 100% day and my first weigh in is Monday as I am going away to visit family for a few friends then.

No AF or spotting here yet. CD34, however I have checked and last month was a 35 day cycle so if it arrives in the next few days at least the length is still consistent!

I had strange tinges (not cramps) in my stomach last night. I noticed them when I was lay on the sofa. I don't recall exeriencing them before so I couldn't decide if it was my digestive system, muscles or pre AF!
  • Hi all,
Unfortunately AF found me and I!!!8217;m now CD3. Another 5 days left of our holiday to enjoy.
I think my focus when I get home is to eat healthier and exercise more
  • Thanks PKK. I also got married last year! I have put on about a stone since then too! Family party was great, may have had a little too much to drink but sure hopefully soon I won't be able to drink for a while!

  • Hope everyone had a good weekend. Sorry to all that got their AF.
Can you move me to the if in doubt zone please?
Going to try OPK's for the first time this month, bought some Amazon cheapies and I may try the CB ones next month if I don't get anywhere with these.
  • Will be interested to hear how you get on with those BB. I'm trying to take a relaxed approach at the moment but if I haven't caught by October I'm going to try everything lol. I really want a spring/summer baby!
