I know it's silly, but so happy. Tmi but BD today (lazy Sunday mornings). Hubby asked if I needed a cushion after to prop myself on and explained my window is over. He then proceeds to Google it and then asks that next month (if not worked this month) I tell him more about the window so we can make sure we do it plenty of times

I am so pleased he has taken that interest in it. Before he was very much of the opinion of when it happens it happens. Now he's actually getting involved.

5DPO for me. The waiting game is a proper wait!

Trying that's so nice of your OH Mine is a funny one he said he wanted to do know but when I did it was a bit too much pressure so not really sure what to say at mo!

This month is out of the window on medication at mo for very painful chest infection issue for last week odd kind of makes BD not possible at mo as the OH said he didn't want to cause me a lot of pain bless em so missed the window. Although bit upset it's actually good because could be on this medication for next few weeks and don't think you can take it while pregnant so better to get myself all sorted first!

Sorry if tmi but 3 days ago I had the littlest bit of brown mucus and thought it was the start of AF but 3 days later nothing. Must be the only one happy to see AF when she decides to arrive!

I am feeling better today after my wallow! Chatted to my husband and we are going to do OPK's and follow the SMEP (hopefully) again this cycle. I did my calcs wrong and thought the due date if we got pregnant this month would clash with several of our families birthdays (which we don't want in an ideal world) but it won't. I am going to invest in some conceive plus lube for this cycle too. So, it will be all systems a go once AF !!!!!!s off!

Trying - your other half sounds like he really wants to be involved, how lovely for you, mine doesn’t like too many nitty gritty details lol!

PKK - I’ve lost a cycle day somewhere, I probably gave you the wrong day in the beginning, Ovia says I’m on cycle day 19, and I have finally FINALLY got two positive opks this morning, strong positives, no maybes about it!

Ovia has moved my fertile window now, so far we have managed to BD twice and plan to again tonight within my window, a bit gutted really because based on my positive today it told my fertile window had shifted and yesterday was my most fertile day, but I wouldn’t have known that because of the negative opks before, however we BD the night before so 2 nights before positive opk, and hopefully opk will still be positive this evening when we are both in from work!

KatieBee - all updated, it was probably me! haha Really pleased for you that you have got your positive OPKs! The egg lives for 12-24 hours so BDing tonight will still provide swimmers to head to that egg!

Looks like AF has ended today (only spotting) so time to start planning when to use OPKs. I ov'ed on CD20 last cycle, but used 11 OPKs so that means I only have 9 left. I think I might start using them on CD12 this time, which would take me up until the end of the fertile window Ovia has predicted with the 9 sticks I have left. My cycle length is now 32 on average I think.

Feeling crappy tonight, headachey and nauseous. Husband made pate on toast and I had one bite and felt like I couldn't stomach it. It's hard not to symptom spot... but I do feel rubbish like this generally fairly often so it's probably more to do with not getting enough sleep and not drinking enough today!
Boobs still not sore - not sure what to make of that. Since coming off pill I've had sore boobs in run up to AF. AF is due probably Thursday...

Can't help wondering if I could be but I don't think we BD enough (I prefer to not get hopes up too much and be negative than get too hopeful )
