Tryingin2018 9dpo sounds a little early for AF so might be a few days yet... I can't remember off the top of my head typical luteal phase, I know mine is often on shorter side of average. I think I have been 11 or 12 dpo so far for AF.

I think today I am 11dpo. No AF yet and not nauseous so far today. If no AF by Saturday I will test then

Starting to want to cave and test now and I've realised I'm now mentally assuming a success more than I should so am probably setting myself up for disappointment. Husband and I both kinda busy tonight and tomorrow though so part my reason to wait till Saturday is so we can actually talk about it and process it if I did get a positive... Need to try harder to mentally prepare for a negative/AF I think

Rambosmum - how long did it take you to catch with your first?

I’m about 3-4 days past ov I’ve decided I’m going to start testing from Wednesday with my internet cheapie tests. If I’m lucky enough to see anything I’ll go and treat myself to a branded test. Wednesday seems like a good day, I’ve seen peopl get positive from 7 dpo on the cheapie tests and I’ll be about 8-9 days past ov then, I’m just too impatient. Even if I’m not pregnant AF symptoms will b showing by then and that will give me time to prepare for disappointment

Oh well I said to myself if AF comes I’m going to treat myself so I’m off to buy one of those Alexa thingies!
I’m also weirdly happy as this was a short cycle with early ov so I’ve caught up with quite a few of you whereas before I was a few days ahead/behind everyone else! Xx

I am 44, had a miscarriage in december ( more emotionally painful than I ever thought...I would give anything to see those 2 pink lines again. )...had a period 4 weeks later and am now 8 dpo...

I have 2 children aged 19 and 15 but was remarried 5yrs ago and would love a baby with my husband..
