Vent away Munchkin, that's what we're here for. It must be doubly frustrating to have the witches tricks (maybe) when you are also on an unpredictable cycle.

I know deep down it'l be AF but there a teeny bit that keeps saying "maybe".
I think that's because my OH goes away for work again for six and a half weeks Monday so will miss this cycles window and the next one and I'm impatient.

Yup, it's AF.
At least now I know I won't be getting pregnant for a couple of months now I can relax and not even think about it. I'm going to make a big effort to look after myself. I'm feeling quite low and I've been wallowing.
I want to start exercising again and sort my diet out and hopefully lose some weight which might make me feel better about myself.

I'm sorry about AF munchkin, better luck next time. You should be so proud of yourself for your positive non-pregnancy goals though. You are amazing, I hope you do feel better for the diet and exercise. I think it must be good to connect with our bodies in a positive way, not only for the hormones in our urine, but how strong, fast, expressive and joyfull they can be.
I'm learning to dance, so I can say FU miscarriage, FU auntie flo, my body is good for something!

That's what I like about this forum, the positivity. There's so much on social media with people breaking each other down and you've written that lovely message to a someone you've never met. Thank you.
I love to dance. I used to do a dance workout class which I loved but haven't been for a while. And the instructor is now pregnant and her due date is the day before mine would have been so it's a little tough to see her Facebook updates as we should be at the same stages.
I'm looking forward to getting back in some sort of shape (I know round is a shape but not the shape I want to be ��)

I have to acknowledge how fragile all this positivity is though, I'm as frustrated and sad as anyone when I get confronted with AF telling me another month is gone, or that someone else is pregnant when I want to be. Still, I feel it does help me get through to try and be positive when I feel up to it.

What a fab idea as seeing it as 14 chances in a year.. I didn't really look at it that way.
Sorry everyone else experiencing AF. Munchkin and Cherry you guys are both fab, I love how positive you are.
