Aww Newthrift sorry AF has arrived! When I had my irregular cycles (or no cycles at all) I felt the same when AF came, just glad something was happening!

Sorry to hear AF arrived Newthrift. I find OPKs good and tend to rely on them more than anything else

My boobs are still very tingly, this has been for over a week now. So odd. I thought they would stop with AF but they haven't, it's been the only symptom and I usually have cramps. My body seems to have totally changed. I doubt I will symptom spot in future or test early - too upsetting

Funny you should say that, mine is very similar so much so I was convinced I was gonna get a BFP cause my nipples were so tingly, and they are still which never used to be a PMS symptom. I used to get cramps for a couple of days before and don't get them now until AF has started. It's not fair.

Very odd, they've tingled all day today and have been on/off for the past week. I'm going to hate having these changes. It just messes with my head

Me too.

Had another announcement on FB yesterday of another pg. I thought I was doing well but shed a few tears when I was on my own. I think it's just extra difficult with AF being here after being so certain this was my month.

I've still got tingly nipples (common PMS symptom for me) & I'm now on CD8 #veryconfused

Athens be kind to yourself, pg announcements are difficult to deal with, esp with you're already dealing with the disappointment of AF.

Hubby's SA results came back, all really good apart from morphology, which is slightly lower than normal. Pretty relieved overall though.

angel good news on your partners Sa.have you had your day 3 and 21 bloods. Did they bring anything up?

Midegt I had my day 21 bloods done a few months back, day 3 bloods have never been mentioned (but GP does seem a bit clueless about ttc & fertility issues), & I'm on the waiting list for fc. To cut a very long story short, I don't think I was oving previously, but with a change in diet and acupuncture sessions I'm pretty certain I'm oving now.
