Wolfy - your canine visitor looks like my sort of dog! Handsome bruiser!
He's a lot bigger than most of the dogs I get; but he's actually a great big softy.:o
We're sticking with the exercise in the garden, it's better for him and for me.;)
From what I gather, the host he used to go to is no longer hosting; it was a late booking, and I was the host with a space in their calendar. Also, the franchisee knows I'll find a way to make it work.;)
I have to admit though, after half an hour at sparrow-fart, hobbling around the garden in Mr LW's wellies (the only things I can bear on my feet at present), I come inside moving like Lurch from the Addams Family!:rotfl:
We've decided that for this week, Ollie's requirements and basic hygiene in the house will be the sum total of our commitments; and I've done an "easy meals" meal-plan for this week. It's only til Saturday after all - and Ollie is a delightful character, so it's no hardship to put ourselves out a bit for him. :o

After his holiday, we have a three-day hiatus - then we get Alfie, who is a Ridgeback/Collie cross, so another BIG dog. :D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Hello all, just finished the paid stuff. Took a break earlier to put away yesterday's washing, WUDUPA, make the bed and walk the dogs.

Feeling shattered with a migraine so will just chill now for the evening.
Normal service will be resumed tomorrow.

    Hi all

Had a lovely weekend away but now its back to it, madly busy with both jobs and now I have to fit ferrying DS1 to and from work into the mix (thanks for good wishes for him). All going well so far.

No flying done to speak off except mountains of washing. Oh and I did literally run around with the carpet sweeper earlier! Off to make sure that the kitchen is tidy, get into my jim jams and crash.

Lynne , yes we've already decided where to go at may half term, booking it today!
Oooh lovely !! Which area you going to this time ??

I was planning on some shopping today but it was such horrible weather - grey, cold and raining all day - that I decided against it.

Where I live, overlooking the promenade, the Links Market is held every year - it's been going since 1304 !! but obviously changed a lot over the years. The shows open the morrow at lunchtime and I felt really sorry for the guys trying to get everything ready in the pouring rain. Hope it brightens up for them soon. Very easy to lose lots of time people watching though :o

    Did dailies
Emptied a kitchen cupboard, cleaned and replaced stuff
Cleared, cleaned and reorganised a kitchen drawer
Thoroughly cleaned the bathroom except the floor
Did two Spanish lessons - slowly catching up now
Checked bank accounts and moved some money
Did dinner, WUDUPA and wiped down.

    Killer Kitchen - Monday
    Mop the floor
    Extras

Empty the cupboards and clean the entire insides, start with the worst cupboard!!.. shelves, everything.

Mad Tuesday - Living room and Hallway
    Vacuum floors and sofas
    Dust those flat fluffy surfaces
Vacuum under the furniture you can move
    Clean pictures, mirrors etc.
    Vacuum hall
    Extras
    Wipe woodwork in the hall
Wipe front door.. inside and out!
Drag out all the furniture and clean the skirtings and all the woodwork

Study or other reception room - Wednesday
    Clear the clutter !!
    Vacuum the floors
Drag out the larger furniture you can manage and clean under and behind it.
Declutter and dust the pc desk
Wipe the keyboard, mouse, cables and sockets and suchlike.
    Extras
    Vacuum under movable furniture
Deal with any calls etc that need doing
    Clear a hotspot

Morning all. Hope you're all ok.

Migraine is gone, rain has gone, today is another day. I need to wash up the dishes from last night (I really did just chill out) and I'm going to to the bedroom this morning before spending 15 mins in the gym and having a bath. Will also walk the dogs, and hoover through if there is time.

    Have a great day everyone.
