Talking about leaflets...anyone else got this leaflet 'The facts' in the post recently?
http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/entry/vote-leave-deception-eu-referendum_uk_5703b56ee4b0c5bd919bc05ePro-Brexit group Vote Leave has been accused of deception for sending a ‘facts’ leaflet to millions without making clear it comes from the Eurosceptic organisation.
I will be using the freepost card of course.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -
Can you provide a link to Mr Cameron stating this or are you using you psychic powers?
TBH, I don't think any deal would have satisfied you. Mr Cameron could have come back with the moon on a stick and you would be complaining that the stick was the wrong colour.
I'm not sure what you are querying.
are you saying the Cameron said he would stay in the EU whatever the outcome of the negotiation? if so please provide a link
or are you querying the immigration was to be cut to 10s of thousand? if so there the probably 10 of thousands of links but

Desperate times for the leave campaign.
I will be using the freepost card of course.
just love this bit
Labour MP Chris Bryant has written to the Electoral Commission to ask them to investigate whether the leaflet breaks campaigning rules.
He said: “Vote Leave are actively seeking to deceive people by presenting campaign material as being independent when it is in fact campaign propaganda.
“They must make clear the true source of these materials, as other campaign groups are doing.”0 -

I did and it nicely demonstrates that anything labelled explicitly as "facts" has little to do with them. I also got some enjoyment from posting the card back :T
All that said, I don't agree with the decision to send out this leaflet; but I can't get too worked up given many of the Brexiters only real issue isn't ethics or fairness but that it doesn't say what they'd like it to.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. I was going to go against the habit of a lifetime and defend your statement, however although I think it's inconceivable that Cameron was stupid enough to believe he could get immigration down, I don't think you can prove or state definitively "not even himself believes his deal has any substance"; as massively underwhelmed as I was with the whole process I don't think it could be fairly summarised as entirely lacking substance.Having a signature removed for mentioning the removal of a previous signature. Yes, that's right. Starve the poor or enslave them so I can get rich. That's what I vote Tory for.
Well yes, a tory voter/politician in a nutshell..But you've had the floor for 6 years, I think it's about time the bright light of of socialism shines down upon the dark forces of capitalism.
When the war drums of oppression throb no longer.
When food, warmth and shelter are readily available to those in need.
When peace and happiness reign throughout the land.
When the oppressors become the oppressed.
Oh yes indeedy!:beer:0 -
