    Morning all.

Hugs, sticks, spoons and appropriate vibes as needed to all :D

Its going to be a long day today. I have really bad backache, not sure whether I've slept funny or it comes from the 4 or so hours of ironing I did yesterday. Either way I'm not going to be doing much today. I have paid admin to do, but I'm going to have a hot bath first.

Hope your back feels better soon Nicki X

Good luck with your tooth Busy Granny X

Hope pre op is ok CY and plumbing work is successful X

Towels washed and are now in the TD as we keep getting heavy showers.

I'm sorting out a corner and 2 bags which have been hanging around my bedroom floor. So far I have Shreadered a bin full, have a carrier full for charity shop and a few things for big bin. I have a few things to rehome, make up brushes, stationery, paperwork and a man box of unidentifiable electrical sundries. I am losing interest so I will rehome now then have a cuppa if anyone wants one?

    I'll join you with a cuppa.:coffee::coffee:

I have made my bed, pegged out the washing, brought in the washing, pegged out the washing (it's now sunny and blowy); there's not a lot so I am not deterred by the forecast and will remain optimistic that it will dry enough to iron, at least.

I have also been working on my finances. I am skint so I have been behaving like an ostrich and ignoring the 'big picture' though work has been done in small areas. I was very pleased with myself for finally sourcing a MUCH cheaper home contents quote but disgusted that I could have done this years ago with a cumulative saving of a 4 figure amount. I have just read the meters which has resulted in a DD reduction *phew*. They were last read in October.

I have ironed, so the only ironing is the stuff on the line!

Hope you're all having a good day and getting lots done! Or resting/taking it easy as appropriate.

CY very best wishes for the "plumbing" procedure; cheers from the sidelines are always welcome - I need motivating, as I'm sure other Flyladies do, too.:o

    Wonderful Wednesday - me-time time -

Sort out your boudoir - it should be restful, clean and fresh for quality sleep

Level One - the basic do THE BED

Open the window and strip that bed.
Click on the linky (big letters above) binbag dance - throw throw throw!
Remake the bed with smooth, crisp, clean sheets - mmmmmmm

Hmmm - it's been aired, but our regular linen-change day is Saturday, because I can't change the duvet cover unaided, and when Mr LW was working, it meant he was here to assist.

Level 2 - Clean the window - make it bright.
    Vacuum the curtains!

Level 3 - Dust and vacuum

This was all done earlier in the week;)

Now put out clean pjs or Chanel No. 5 - if it was good enough for Marilyn Monroe it's good enough for you - or your fragrance of choice ready for tonight..

    PJ's?? What's those, then? :rotfl:
Skyclad sleeping = less washing. ;)
fragrance is most likely to be Eau de Damp Dog if the weather doesn't imptrove

    Extras
    Take out the tech!
The bedroom is not the place for tech - can you remove or rehome anything?
No unnecessary tech in there; just the alarm clock and my noisemachine to combat tinnitus. :o

HHI - lets get the ironing mountain reduced to an ironing molehill
N/A - ain't no Mount Ironmore here, Miss

Me time - you're slipping into a nice clean bed. So take out time for a bubble bath or super shower and do some me-maintenance!

Um.... I borrowed Mr LW's nail clippers to do my nails, as I splintered the 4th one in 2 days. Does that count? :o

We've actually done some serious Flinging; Mr LW has gone through all his techie books he used for work, and has ditched the outdated stuff; we also found two duplicated fiction books when we went through another bookshelf yesterday, and we'd already identified a whole bunch of books neither of us were ever going to want to read - so Mr LW carted the lot (two cardboard boxes full) to the specialist chazzer bookshop in Stony Stratford. FLING FLING FLINGETTY FLING :D

I have had a morning free from children (well, sort of...) whoop whoop!

Tiny went to his first nursery session at 9am and I lurked in the staffroom for a hour before the girls said he was settled in and playing with the other children, so I scuttled off to buy corn for the chickens and whizzed home and got a whole hour of ironing done. :j

He is now snoozing and I've sat down with a cuppa to watch Judge Rinder.

I'll be collecting Small at 4pm and then coming back to tackle the bedroom. I have sorted three bags of clothing to donate to the school textile collection thingy they do every term and some good bits and shoes for my friend's little boy too.

Will change the bed covers when I get back home and see if I can bribe the bairns to watch TV so I can get a bit more ironing out of the way. We have blinds that are just for show as we aren't overlooked, so will give them a suck if I have enough time.

Mowing of the legs took place before bed last night, so crossing that off the listy ;)

Ironing basket is empty again, just going to do some mending then I'll clean all the downstairs n go and make the bed.

Edit mending is now all done, rang my mum and told her I love her, texted step mum to say the same to her and dad as their land phone isn't working and they don't always pick up to calls.

Watched my nieces Adele vlog again, now I'm going to clean the Windows.
