I've done very little flying as I went to the dentist and had a filling but it feels a bit jagged,so I may have to go back.Grrr!Hung out washing and brought it in nearly dry,so that's a bonus.0

Hi all,
I lurked in January before introducing myself and keeping up until about a month ago, when my son had a lapse in his health (he has a long term condition so we have blips every now and then) and I felt like I wasn't able to keep up and just did what I had to instead of coming here every day. Now my son is back to the best he can be, and the school hols are oh so close to being over, I need to get back to this so I'm posting to hold myself accountable!
Thank you for the thread and I hope everyone is having a good week xCurrent Debt - Credit Card £3231.14; Hire Purchase £4,555; Catalogue £562.60, Loan £4754.880 -
Hi all
Flutter I have a son with long term health problems too so I know how disruptive that can be. Just do what you can.
Mad day at both jobs. Came home to find I have acquired two extra teenagers who are staying the night apparently. They have brought beer, pizza and a bottle of hideous looking green liqueur!!! They are currently making a fair bit of noise but they are good kids and are welcome to stay so long as they dont keep me and DH awake, we both have to go to work in the morning.
Oh and DS will be getting the vax out tomorrow if there are any unpleasant consequences from the alcohol. So long as it is all contained in his bedroom I am not going to stress too much.
Safe to say no flying done here but I will catch up a bit tomorrow. I have masses to do on job no.2 and we are going away at the weekend.0 -

Evening all,
Another good day here, all the list done, except the bit about school uniform (it wouldn't be the same if I wasn't flapping about like a idiot the night before school starts) and the hoover filters, I'll do those before I go away this weekend.
Made some smoothies for the kids, and some banana cake from some almost manky bananas - yummy.
Only thing is, now I've spent time cleaning the living room, I've realised it needs repainting. Boo. Have ordered some new curtains as a start.
valli loving the tunes, can't wait to click on the link tomorrow!
yl green stuff sounds like jagermeister (not sure on spelling), get that vax at the ready!0 -

Morning all
Hugs good wishes posi vibes sticks and spoons where needed
Busy granny hope your tooth has settled, I had one with a rough bit of filling once, I went back and he just sanded the edge then it was fine.
Flutter, sometimes real life and family stuff gets in the way just do what you can. It does get easier once you have a routine but we all hit stages where it just wobbles on the rails a bit. Hugs to you and a your son, I hope things are currently more settled for him.
YL hope last night went well and with out the need for the vax! I've been there a few times but as you say if in the main they are good kids and don't take liberties with you then it's not a great harm. And I'd much sooner have them at mine and know where they are.
Pigpen, hugs if you are lurking. We a all thinking of you.
CY Lynne and dizzy plus anyone else with health issues atm, gentle recovery vibes heading your ways, hope things are ok, be gentle with yourselves and let others take the strain and look after you and the main flying.
Ds2 has Easter school for the rest of the week so I'll be home alone and hopefully get stuff done.
Already stripped the bed but it's raining here so it will be dried indoors.SPC~12 ot 124

Morning all.
Am heading to the hospital for pre op checks as I am having a small procedure on Friday to assist with the plumbing.
Huge thanks are due to the MacMillan nurse who sorted all of it out for me after one phone conversation yesterday.
DD2 came over yesterday and hasn't stopped raving about the Adele concert. She has tried on her wedding shoes and with some insoles they will be fine. (She has funny shaped feet.)
So I won't be flying today, instead I will be cheering from the sidelines.:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
