Another couple of productive days. Discussed next few months with DH and budget control and use of YN AB and he’s on board 😃
popped to SM today, managed to click lucky with some YS stuff, 4 lots of expensive meat reduced. One cooking in the oven, 2 in the freezer and the 4th will be cooked tonight and frozen (or possibly tea tomorrow) will adjust menu plan accordingly.Knitting has been productive too and I’m find it thoroughly relaxing.Am due a little extra pay on Friday that was missed last month. All helps. Am looking forward to playing around with the flexible part of our budget to various categories on payday.I’ve spent some time today launching an instagram page for a business for my DH. Will do a little work on it everyday for the next few weeks.5 -
Payday today and not only didn’t the extra I was expecting arrive, my pay was less than last month. Will need to check online later.Part of budget done for big budget day, will do the rest later when I have access to my trusty notebook and pen!£20 of vouchers turned up from
my just for points credit card this week which is pleasing. Have stashed them safely for when we need to use.Have done some more work on DH IG account. Will look into a website next so people can purchase remotely or maybe look at Et$y
hopefully this month I can go back to PADs if I can, have missed it this month.4 -

Sorry about the pay. It's so frustrating when you're all planned and budgeted then something like that happens...Not giving up

I don't have experience of Et$y as a seller - I've bought the odd thing from there though. I too am considering selling art prints - with or without words. Currently playing with paint and will see where it takes me. Then when the weather improves - will try and take some pictures outside so I don't need fancy lighting and then try and secure a printer. Have you found a printer or are you planning to print your own?Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality by mid 2030

Seriously productive day here 😀😀😀😀
DH and I spent about 3 hours in the garden. Emptied shed, several things to tip. Garden bin full for collection. Looks so much tidier, moved some pots around. Lovely to see some items in bud. DH dug out a couple of unruly weeds that were taking over and I cut the raspberries back. Hoping for a decent crop again this year, saved me a fortune last year.I've bought my ironing board inside for the first time in 6 years as I didn't have room before. I rarely iron but it'll be so much easier now when I do 🤣
DH did a tip run too and helped out a friend.5
