Switching to BT / Freeview from Sky

If I were in your situation I would probably get a £99 refurb HDR 1000s freetime PVR from Humax Direct for watching and recording the free channels and use the BT PVR for the premium channels. Not ideal but at least it would cover all the channel

The BT box on that deal is the 1 TB UHD PVR .Needs a UHD broadcast and 4K TV for UHD viewing .

BT are offering £100 mastercard gift card with unlimited infinity 1 package and £125 for unlimited infinity 2 . I have cancelled sky tv today and they said BT will do the phone and broadband switch over. Sky were offering 35% off but fed up with all the price hikes, so going to try BT this year. (also topcashback £168 for package)

Can it still be used with a standard HD TV for the other channels? I want the 1TB box, and will probably upgrade my TV in a 12 to 18 months so thought it best to get it now.
