    Evening folks
A warm welcome to all the new peoples and returners :hello:
    Had a Mr T delivery today - £26.25 on grocery/household products and used a MOC of £6.

Need shopping at the weekend. Some general things, like plastic bags and gloves, and usual weeklies of fruit, veg, milk and pack-up stuff.

Hope you all have a super weekend and good luck with the challenge

2nd weeks shop yesterday I didn't take my list, disaster and I decided to have a big picnic with the kids so got some extras but forgot lots too. It came to £44.88 which is fine so long as we can manage without the bits I forgot, have rejigged the meal plan so hopefully we can.

    £135.93 out of £330

That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

I only have two things to buy on my shopping list at the moment tomatoes and loo roll both of which I can do without over the weekend as there is enough to be going on with indoors.
Probably need a bit of shopping by mid week next week :):):)

Hey, got a quick question for you all. Does anybody include meals out in their budget? I'm off to meet a friend and will probably go for lunch which will only be about £5 but I'm wondering if people include things like that in the budget.

    Thanks :)
Savings £8,865.22 £/15,000 Aiming to save enough for a house deposit.

I do, because it's a fairly rare event. I also include if I buy coffee snacks or lunch at work, and if I buy a cheeky takeaway.

Some don't. Some maintain a separate 'entertainment' budget that includes meals out.

(and some even count the cost of the meal if someone else pays!)
