Morning
Snowing here so I'm going to cancel my diy shop visit.
Still sniffing here
I think I will tackle the high shelves in the boys' room and potter about today. May even make twinks.
Get well soon Lynnejk0 -
nicki Happy Easter to those who are celebrating! No chocolate here at all but I've spent the past 2 days munching my way through a packet of hot cross buns instead
They are my downfall. A pack of six is lucky to last 1hr so they are not allowed in the house!
No eggs for me. A nice healthy Easter. DH was on nights so no indulging, and I had to keep quiet/out of the house so I spent quite a lot of time at the gym.
Unfortunately I also didn't go to bed on time so will miss my morning gym class as I won't make the 0900 bus and the 1000 gets me there too late. Grrrr.
So I will take the furry for a walk and do a bit of flying before I leave. I'm doing roast beef for dinner as a bit of Easter celebration, and I baked 3 cakes yesterday so DH can take his pick. 1/2 of one going to the gym staff, and another for this evenings meeting (I can't have them lying around for too long or I'll eat them:o

Thanks for the list Natty and for last weeks Piggers.
Had family over yesterday - four generations! My parents, sisters, their OHs, my nephew and nieces, eldest niece'so Oh (the ones who bought a bungalow on homes under the hammer and were never going to move again, they have moved:rotfl:) and their son, now toddling! She is 36 weeks with number two! And the Vallikids and son's GF. We had a brilliant time, food, fun, board games...house is a tip.every vase is filled with flowers:D
So I need to get out of bed and make a start on the kitchen and dining room. I also need to collect together the borrowed spoons. We also borrowed chairs:D but I think they've gone.
And my bedroom looks like something out of hoarders... Slept with the other half of the bed covered with laundry hamper full of ironing to do and a stack of towels!
Juliejim did to clean off the marks on the windowsill?
Hope you all have a lovely day,Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016
