even so the vouchers are crap - just a choice of hmv and halfords - the sainsburys one has gone = i orderd mine some 6 weeks ago

crap!!!!! :mad: i gave up with these about 8 weeks ago got to 60.0000 pts got vouchers and im gone now just not worth it

I emailed them about this on 30th november. They replied on 5th dec with this:

Dear x_Bunny_x,

Thank you for your email. Usually it should take 3-4 weeks between you ordering the voucher and it being sent out to you. Unfortunately we have not sent this voucher yet because we have been having some logistical problems here at Toluna. We have unfortunately had some issues with the Sainsbury’s in that we ordered 3000 and only received 300 so there will be a large delay on these vouchers. Thank you for your email and of course for your patience. I can confirm we have received the ordered vouchers recently so they should be sent out before the end of the week. If you still haven’t received them within the next 3 weeks please get back into contact and I will look into why your voucher was not sent. I would like to apologise for the delay and I hope you get the vouchers soon.


I can confirm that due to an unpredictably large demand we have suspended the Sainsbury’s vouchers for the time being. I hope we can get them back soon.



This confused me as one sec they are saying they have some, then they don't but will send me some

when i emailed them they stated that they had them IN stock but due to logistical problems had not sent them out.

i hav eemailed them again as clealy its naff - i would swear but im trying to cut down - lol

dont you agree especially with the surevey site they are all ready to get you to fill in surveys so that they can get paid but when the time comes for the rewards to come to you thta there is a problem - not just with test and vote but lightspeed and the other ones

They have added this wonderful small box to the points page
Probably means next century you be able to order again. This why it's a good idea to order vouchers as soon as you can as amount of points needed for redemption otherwise the rates needed for redemption change or they stop allowing you to redeem at all for a while
Due to large orders in early December we will not be able to send any vouchers ordered after the 10th of December. These vouchers will be sent in early January 2008 when new stocks are received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have completed a few surveys (e-mailed ones) over the last week or 2 but the points haven't appeared on my list. Can any experienced teast and voters tell me do these take a while to get added?
