Sainsbury voucher just arrived. Went off to order another one only to found they don't offer them anymore :mad:

just logged in,did 12 polls (which used to be quickvotes) but when i checked my account i had only received points for 7 of them, logged out and back in again and still only points for 7. when i went to do another one to check if i would have the points for that one, there was not even the header above the poll saying you will receive 15 points when you answer!!!!!! dodgy or what!!!!!!!!!

im stilll awiating for mine since the 30 october - they said that they had them in stock when i emailed them and were waiting to send them out - noobs !

Firstly, I hope this is in the right place, as I wasnt sure where to post it. I have been a member of Test &Vote (or Toluna as they now call it) for about a year and have just accumulated enough points to request a £12 HMV voucher. When I put the request in, I got the response 'delivery time is usually 3-4 weeks'. Does that mean it is a paper voucher? I had assumed it would be an online one. If anyone could confirm, I would be really grateful, thanks!

its an evoucher my last one arrived in about 7 days

It is an online code that they give you to use on their website. Unfortunately it can take that long for them to send it to you via email.

last voucher i requested last year from them I got the next day through email but I requested one last weekend and no sign of it yet. Maybe they're busier this year

Thanks everyone, I just got a bit confused when it said 'delivery'. Glad it's an e-voucher though, much easier to order on-line, no queues!!

ive been waiting 8 weeks for my halfords voucher ive e-mailed them twice !!now i know its not being posted i will e-mail again. Also did a live group discussion a couple of weeks ago which i was promised £20 to do and not received that either i e-mailed them and they said they thought the promotors were paying direct now they've found out they have to pay so they will be 'selecting' who will be receiving the £20 vouchers i'm not having much luck with receiving anything from this company!!

I wasn't exactly sure where to post this as it is in relation to the survey site Toluna but it involves a freebie.

Basically I completed a survey a couple of weeks ago when i got the the end it said i had been accepted to complete a product test of Volvic Revive. I recieved my test bottles today (48 free bottles!!). I was wondering if anyone else was accepted for this test if so where do you complete the daily diary that you need to to recieve the voucher at the end.
I have emailed Toluna with no response yet and I thought this was the best site to get some help!!
