  • I have been with test and vote for ages, and although i have completed LOADS of surveys, I have never done a webchat so don't really know how they work.

Have you tried checking your history and seeing if any of the links come up with the survey company's address? It's a long shot but worth a try.

If you were invited via test and vote, I would have thought that they should be the ones who pay up, as I've never heard of the 3rd party paying you direct.

Good luck with it, I'd love to know how you get on!

Does anyone know how to put the vouchers in on pixmania site? and if I can use more than one voucher to purchase something? I want to order something for £136.00 and I have 4 £20 vouchers

It gives 3 places to put codes and I darent put it in unless it renders it useless if I don't continue with the purchase if I cant use them all on one order

    it says:

    promotional code

    Voucher code

    gift certificates

Which should I them it in?
    Thanx

If people are wondering where there vouchers that they have ordered from the toluna site which was test and vote here is the reply i got from them:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we have not sent this voucher yet because we have been having some logistical problems here at Toluna. We do however have the vouchers in stock, and will be sending them out soon. I would like to apologise for the delay and I hope you get the vouchers soon.

does logisitical problems mean "our staff dont know how to address an envelop put vouchers in it and then lick it and put a stamp on it and post it "

i think its a good idea to keep copies of emails that you get regarding surveys and that you complete so that you can check that they will credit to your account

i am still awaiting for 38900 point to be added to my account!!!!

if you have succesfully completed one of their surveys then they should credit anything from 1200 point upto 20000 points depdning on the nature of the survey

even if you dont get to compelete a survey you would get 100 points as a goodwill gesture - i would query the amount in question as that looks tooo low !

i have the same problem. have emailed the that i have received 4 points instead of 4500 and today then emailed me back...

Thank you for your email. I am sorry about the incorrect credit for this survey. I can confirm this was an error which occurred when crediting and you should expect to be credited the full amount soon if not already. I apologise for the inconvenience and I hope you enjoy spending these points.

i have just log onto T&V and what... they did credit me again 4 point the the same survey... it looks as they having bigger problem now...
