Test and Vote (Toluna)

Having completed all the Toluna sponsored polls and personal interest surveys, I've still only got 15000 points. At the very least I need 30000 points just to get a £5 Sainsburys voucher and I'd prefer to have 60000 points for a £12 HMV voucher. Where on earth do I get these extra points from? I think I can get some points for introducing a friend, but I'm not sure any of my friends would be very grateful. I don't see how it is possible to accumulate so many points. Does anyone have any ideas?

By the way, it's pointless answering any of the numerous duplicate polls because points are only awarded the first time you answer them.

Also, keep an eye on your user name at the top of the screen. Mine keeps disappearing to be replaced with the log in box. If this happens you have been logged out without warning and any points from polls you are answering will not be added on.

The question has to be - Is this site a complete waste of time?

i do the surveys they send, 2 months ago had a £12 hmv voucher, now up to 48,850 points, if you get the surveys and do them, points seem to add up, but they are not as good a value as some of the other survey sites.

Anyone actually received their £5 Sainsbury voucher yet? Would love to know how long they are taking to arrive on average. Ordered one on 26/10 but no sign yet. :-(

i'm sure its like other sites where you have to allow up to 28 days for delivery, so a while yet before its officially late.

The quick vote points still arent being added to my account-and ive noticed the surveys have slowed down for me and im not suitable for any of them!

Since they changed the site-it says i havent done any opinions-but i know before the change over id done quite a few!

you sometimes have to re-do them as alot of times when webs sites change over they do not retain all the old information.

some web sited elect for some reason not to tell people of this

i used to get surveys for test n vote once a week or more but havent had anything in weeks!!

I was meant to be sent a packet of Baby wipes to test 10 days ago and they still haven't arrived grrr

I completed a web chat for a Toluna survey last wednesday. The email said I would receive 2500 points and £20 for completing it. Have heard nothing from them so I emailed them and got this response:

Dear Chloe,

Thank you for your email. I think this is with one of our related survey providers like GfK or Consumer Pulse, please direct this email to them as it is not us who will be paying you for the chat. Thank you for your email and I hope you are able to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

So how on earth will I get my money?! On the chat, they told me Toluna are responsible for paying me, yet Toluna are saying they aren't! Never had a problem with Test and Vote before so I dont know what to do!
