I usually love Toluna, I have got 80,000 point since about May, so not bad! Plus I have been sent 3 or 4 products to test. Just hope they sort out this problem!0

As for ordering HMV vouchers, I haven't done it but my partner did ans they came within two weeks and he could use them straight away on the internet. i believe HMV do the same thing as Amazon and let you have an e-wallet. (Storing up any credit you don't spend)[Survey site stuff goes here]0 -

No,they email the e-code.Yes it does take a couple of weeks.
I haven't had any problem with them- although as others have said they can take a while to add points.But i find they're the easiest survey company to get rewards with cos they send lots of surveys some with very good incentives.

I can't really email GFK as Toluna don't know if it was their survey, and the ops on the web chat told me Toluna were meant to pay me! Aggghhhh!0

Chloes- I did a similar thing with a company via Test & Vote. Do you still have the original invite e-mail - there were contact details on there for the other company that were supposed to be paying me, and I was able to contact them that way.
