Also I finished a book last night - The Enchanted by Rene Denfield. A short one about a prison in America and focusing on Death Row - was a really good book, more in the magical realism genre but a really good read, made me think!

Now started The Ocean At The End Of The Lane by Neil Gaiman. I've read one of his books before, and I didn't like it that much, but this one seems to be based more in reality than his last one, with a magical twist, which is much more appealing to me.

Also had some money become available in paypal, so after postage fees that's another tenner added to the house pot :D

Yesterday was NSD 1 and today should be NSD 2.

Girl paid for the earring on eb@y so will post those today, accepted an offer on a Primarni shirt but told the buyer I cannot ship until Monday (as I'm not at home with access to it!), she seems fine with it. I normally ship next day so breaking my own rules :D

Made the meatballs last night, went down well. Made enough for two extra portions, so bf can have that while I'm not there so he's not spending on takeaways.

Finished another page in my colouring book, really enjoying it. I get a bit obsessive with things like that though, and I never want to leave a page unfinished even though it must take me a good 3/4 hours to do a whole one. Must learn to relax :rotfl:

Was meant to do a 6 mile run yesterday but felt so dizzy all the way round and had some unpleasant sensations in my stomach area....so just did a fast 3 miles instead. It's only 9 days until the half and I feel like training is going RUBBISH, but I need to remember that as long as I finish it, it doesn't matter what time I do it in. It is my first after all!

    Happy Saturday!

Yesterday I had another sale on eb@y, and woke up to the sale of a game that has had no interest since I've put it up, but in the space of 24 hours had a pitiful best offer, and then a BIN. So that's another 2 to package up for Monday dispatch. I have watchers on all the things ending on Sunday too so here's hoping!!! :D

I've done my last long run before the half, and I think my last run before Sunday. I did just under 10 miles, was tough but between walking and running I did it. I will now rest and do yoga and get my body primed for torture.

I finished my book last night, and think I will start on King's Misery.

I've got a birthday drinks in Stratford tonight, which is part of the reason I did my run today and not tomorrow like normal. I knew if I left it till tomorrow I wouldn't want to drink, but I like a drink, and a 10 miler on a hangover is not ok. So now it's done I can enjoy myself (within reason). It's easy to get back home for us, but if we do miss the last train for whatever reason an Uber really isn't that bad a price from Stratford so we should be ok. Haven't had a proper night out in a while, actually probably since before I started this diary! So looking forward to it. Now what to wear....

I can confirm that yesterday was NSD 2!!! I have loads of stuff to take back from holiday shopping, but I soooooo cba, I hate going into town :( Maybe tomorrow if I don't feel too sore (yeah ok that isn't going to happen!!!!)

Well last night was interesting. We got to the bar and everyone was very merry already! I only ended up spending my train fare and the Uber home (£23.26) as my bf bought me my drinks. Did feel a little bit sore this morning but it was worth it.

Only one thing sold on eb@y :( so that's 4 items to be sent off tomorrow. It's good that it's more items leaving me, but I still feel overwhelmed with stuff, especially as I'm buying holiday-specific stuff that is just being stored on the floor at the moment as I have no room to put it elsewhere!

Didn't manage to take back any items this weekend, really need to get organised and get that done.
I feel like money is flowing out of my hands like water and I don't even know where it's going. Can't wait to be able to be on holiday and not have to worry about this stuff for 10 days.

    Where's the weekend gone :(

Well so far work has been hideous. Would like to go back to bed please.

So drowsy, think I have caught bf's manflu. But the version that takes down strong females :p

Today will definitely not be a NSD as I have to go to the supermarket to get food in for the bf and I. Will also be taking back the dress that I bought last week, that will be £22 back in my account eventually. Desperate for a black tshirt but can't find any that I like. They are all either baggy, too long or have strange necklines. Why so difficult?

Did the tesco shop last night - came to £37.69. Managed to get a black tshirt and a black vest, 2 for £6 so that's finally an item off my list. Took back the dress so I will get £22 back, and my bf gave me £20 for his part of the food shop so I'm actually quids in :D Also posted off my eb@y bits. Getting fed up with it again now so will be leaving the items that are already on there to expire, go on holiday, and then hopefully when I come back I'll feel refreshed and I can start going hardcore with it again.

Made fajitas last night, yummy, had a glass of red after my hideous day at work and watched some Luther. Also had a cheeky cornetto to celebrate the warm weather :)

Today could be a NSD although the bf wants to get a kebab tonight. We'll see. We're going to do some yoga tonight which will be nice :)

    I'm not well :(

Felt rough since Monday, thought I'd caught it off the bf, but my symptoms are different. Think I may have sinusitus which I've had before.
Yesterday was NSD 3, today I've already had to spend on night nurse for tonight, and throat lozanges to suck on at work. Not a happy bunny :(

If this carries on I won't be able to do the half marathon booooo
