Economy 7 problems / removal. BESutilities business.

            Any electrical engineer or electrician would be able to see within seconds that the meter is wired incorrectly for economy 7. They don't need to and shouldn't access the meter.

 Again I would try and gain some advice from a suitable lawyer0

            Still going on! 2 failed appointments, which turns out to be lucky as they had only intended to change the metre to smart and no intentions to carry out tests at all, confirmed by SMS whom were arranged to do it.
 Have since demanded that the original and repetitive request to have it tested is carried out but they have said they won't test Untill I pay £98 upfront before hand. Is this right? I thought they charge only if it turns out not to faulty afterwards?
