    Oh dear....such anger. Calm down.

It's not as if you have to "suck up" the misery of an iScotland for long; as soon as you've secured that misery for the rest of us you're jetting off to live in the sun for "health reasons" as you told us earlier.

Who will speak for you then, the Mayor of Benidorm? :rotfl:

Ahhh; and it's only a few dozen pages ago you invited me to help you (personally) build a better Scotland. :o

Just wondered where we are doing that from; a sun lounger on levante beach. :rotfl:

No thanks; I at least have the courage of my convictions :)

I'd advise against personalising the debate by assuming you know what shakey thinks.
    ...

It's not that much of an assumption. Shakey has expressed her opinion about the value of staying in the EU. Indeed, so has Hamish.

Sturgeon herself has been quite vocal on the matter. It does seem a shared view amongst some.

That's fine. I have no problem with this, but I do think the next referendum question needs to be clearer, because obviously people have a problem with the UK scoping of the last one.

Personally, I don't have a problem with another Scottish indy referendum, but I'd rather it not muddy the waters of complex Brexit negotiations.

Molly, again your assuming I'm angry ... I'm no ... I'm smiling right now cause I know you really don't like Sturgeon and yet I know she speaks for you ... popcorn time for me ;)

The fact you seem to be obsessed about me leaving the UK when I retire is just the sugar on the popcorn for me :)

    Indeed they are.

Confused as to why this anger of the migrants hasn't revealed itself in polling since last June though.

    Maybe they are shy.

It was actually in the post I answered you with. Up until now they haven't been counted or weighted properly in their own polling category. Never have been.

    14/7/02
Incidentally, Panelbase are blazing a trail with this poll - as far as I'm aware, this is the first Scottish poll from any firm to put people born in other EU countries into their own distinct category, and presumably weight them separately.

That doesn't seem to make much difference in a party political poll like this one, but it should lead to greater accuracy in future independence polls - because we know anecdotally that there has been a particularly strong swing to Yes among EU citizens. Hopefully other polling firms will now follow Panelbase's good practice.
I doubt there will be much of a change up or down from that 45% figure for a good while yet in polls. Even saying that, it was actually turnout that won/lost the Brexit vote anyway.
It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?

I think the Brit Nats are getting panicky, Dugdale and Davidson running down to London to tell Scotland we shouldn't have another indy ref really struck of desperation, Davidson has even admitted she believes the union is in trouble

I liked how she came out with ye olde get on with the day job ... whilst in London, the only thing missing was her tank
