We had a true mandate on independence but the nats just keep on coming back for more.
Just like terrorists I guess they are working on the theory they just need to get lucky once.0 -

40% of the Scottish electorate are terrorists ? I've heard it all now.:rotfl:It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -

Did i say that?
No
So please do not suggest I did.
But at least your numbers are starting to be more realistic.0 -

The SNP have failed to deliver on a multitude of NHS targets. ISD Scotland figures reveal that nearly one in five people urgently referred on suspicion of having cancer are waiting more than 62 days to begin treatment.
The SNP’s target to have 95 per cent of cases seen on time is lagging at 81.4 per cent. This is the joint-lowest on record.
The separatists have been in sole charge of our health service for almost 12 years – this is what happens when they forget the day job.
Cllr Alastair Redman (Conservative, Kintyre and the Islands)0 -
I’m beginning to wonder if the ongoing costs of the ‘little extras’ that Scots enjoy, like free NHS parking, prescriptions and tuition fees and the rest are beginning to weigh heavy on the funding of Scottish public services.
It’s not long now to the release of the GERS figures and rumour has it they’ll show that Scots specifically and the Celts generally are now largely responsible for the whole U.K.budget deficit and England now has a budget surplus.
Independence is impossible if that’s the case surely?“Britain- A friend to all, beholden to none”. 🇬🇧0 -

there does seem to be a whole weaponising of language of indy supporters going on separatists being another word, it's just another trick of the unionist book, make independence look ugly and terrorising so that most people wont back it. I'm hopeful the Scots see through it, but I wont be surprised if they dont0 -

I note you and the conservative councillor failed to mention any comparisons.
Whilst people waiting longer than needed is not good these need to be seen in context.
From the NHS England website:
https://www.england.nhs.uk/statistics/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2019/01/8.-62-Day-first-treatment-All-Cancers-Commissioner-Data-1.csv
It shows that the figure in England for the same issue is 78% people begin treatment within the target time (you mentioned 81% in Scotland ).
So you said:
The separatists have been in sole charge of our health service for almost 12 years – this is what happens when they forget the day job
So it would appear that the SNP have been doing better than the Westminster government (on the issue you raise), so even you must agree that the SNP appear to be better at the day job compared to the unionists running the English NHSbaldly going on...0 -

You want to argue that Scotland should be compared to England on all metrics?
Just checking for future reference.0 -
