you seem to forget they then voted in a party that said they would hold another one if a material change was to take place ... u seem to remember one vote but not the other ... selective memory maybe
Then why do they not get on and just do it then? If they think they have the mandate have the courage of their convictions and stop pissing around.
BTW you're allegedly a grown up, so what's with the text speak bollox?0 -

If you are relying on voting as an endorsement...what about the 21 SNP seats lost in 2017 including the SNP leader Angus Robertson and smarmy Salmond? Their current leader Ian Blackford and the nose picker will be gone next time.0 -
This is worth a giggle with the accompanying text
Oh 'ma.. heid. There wiz me, jist haein' a few shandies tae celebrate the braw victory by ma new Croatian pals, and then . weel the train must hae gaun oer a speed hump or summat?

Maybe, perhaps he isn't now. However I don't see anyone attacking for political advantage if he does have an alcohol problem unlike what Blackford did to Charles Kennedy. Shameful.0 -
Bad news for Davidson and Corbyn..Labour!!!8217;s support in Scotland is going backwards, with the SNP set to regain the seats they lost to them in last year!!!8217;s general election, a poll shows. Jeremy Corbyn would lose six Scottish seats to a resurgent SNP if the results of the survey of more than 1000 Scots were repeated in a Westminster vote.
And the exclusive poll for the Daily Record also found the nationalists would take back eight seats they lost to the Scottish Conservatives in June 2017.
Sir John Curtice, the Strathclyde University professor whose accurate exit poll shocked the political world last year, calculates that would mean the SNP winning 14 more MPs to take their total to 49 out of 59.
The Tories would drop eight MPs !!!8211; to five !!!8211; and Labour would lose six, leaving them with just one.
Meaningless for elections still years out. But with talk of a snap GE ? Also :-Also if there was a referendum tomorrow: Yes: 47%, No: 53%Andrew Wilson
More on that Survation poll. Notwithstanding all the sample constraints if the people who voted YES in 2014 who say they are NO now were re-won back. The result would be c55%.It all seems so stupid it makes me want to give up.
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid ?0 -
We all know how accurate polls are these days. Fake news being the current trend. That's the beauty of the ballot box. Peoples true feelings are only disclosed in private.0

The fact that a pro-Labour paper in the MainStream Media is reporting this means they're worried it might be true and they're trying to mobilise the Labour faithful to stop it happening.
A lot of gullible people think that the SNP are supposed to be subject to some weird non-existent political "law of gravity" where the SNP's support will soon collapse, and they might be frustrated that it hasn't already, and may even be a bit puzzled why it hasn't kicked in.
These people just don't get it. Think harder. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

One of the most powerful world leaders is in her country, almost in her home town, and wee nippy is off on a gay pride march. I thought world trade was high on her independence agenda, obviously not. Remember the old saying - pride comes before a fall0
