    I owed Swain £750 (some for my phone and the rest as buffer in my account that got spent)

    Come friday i will have gotten that debt down to £70, which will be cleared in the next fortnight (granted i had £100 xmas money and £100 win on a scratchcard that helped) :) Feeling a little proud of myself. Once this debt has gone its onto the overdraft.

    Not much sleep, I usually cry myself to sleep and then only for a short time. Not eating much.

    Sleep can be a blessed relief sometimes. Horrid when it won't come. :(

    Do try and eat a little, and drink water. Easier said than done when your stomach's in knots.
