Good luck with result Deka. It's done now and stressing or not won't change anything so please try not to worry (easier said than done I know!)
Ono well done on getting the ball rolling with shoulder, might a hot pad help with the pain?
An early post as I just woke up from a stressful dream. I've been feeling a bit under the weather and absolutely hating the lack of light outside. I would love a little holiday somewhere sunny, but I have anxiety about flying so rarely travel abroad.
I'm trying to lose weight too! I put on over a stone last year when I was put on 20mg of citalopram, and although I'm off the meds the weight hasn't gone  I've started doing some Callanetics (remember them?) as I can't do impact exercises due to my prolapse. Hopefully I will see a difference soon.0 -
Morning my Lovelies,
Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round for those that need them.
ONO I found that cocodamol never really touched my pain when I have a bad back. Mind you I am terrible at taking tablets and always forget :rotfl:
Well not good today. Slept badly. Yeserday had an accident that meant a change of clothes on my bottom half. I was at my ex's so had to use his washing machine and borrow a pair of joggers to get home. And I washed my phone. Only had it 7 months. Realised two mins in to the cycle. Was ok to start with but then started to play up.
if it does not work then I am stuck paying £5 a month for the next 17 months for a phone that does not work!!!! will see if I can claim on my house insurance.
No phone means that my little side line of earning some pin money via surveys, videos etc is now messed up for a while. And I will have to buy a cheap smart phone out right.
Off to look at amazon for phones I can't afford as already £65 in to my over draft!!!!
Everyone take care
Yours

Littlewing's friend told her that I have the biggest tummy in the world. It wasn't meant to be hurtful. It isn't true anyway but it scuppered my thoughts that no-one had noticed!
I said to littlewing that I wouldn't mind nearly so much if I hadn't been trying so hard to get a lot fitter. She redeemed herself a bit by saying that it was working because I was thhiiiissss wide but now I am a bit thinner. So I am sticking with the compliment bit.
I can't do burpees either. I can't even work out how to practise bits of it to eventually be able to do them.
I was feeling so down yesterday and the day before. Work was not so good and DH is fed up with his because of all the shoplifters and the police's moneysaving policy (well, not the police but they have to work within policy decisions). We won't become criminals but can see the appeal.
So to cheer myself up, I counted my blessings - I give blood and I volunteer for research projects.
Then I got a text that my blood appointment had been cancelled without explanation. Logically I know it won't be anything personal. And I got turned down for a study. It wanted people with mental health condition X and people without it. I don't fit either category! I really felt so worthless but that was just because of a few things piling up in one go.
I have rebooked the blood appointment anyway. I moved the email re the research project into another folder so it doesn't glare at me from my inbox. I'll get over it, it just stupidly felt so painful (that'll be the borderline-ness. WaS would understand).
I should go and make an extremely scary phonecall. One that isn't going to get better if I put it off. I completely misunderstood something and now need to make a payment but can't afford to.
I feel like having a strop but at least that is better than how I have been feeling. Thought yesterday that I would have to go back to the doctor. I had a medicine review at the start of the year and it was all absolutely fine so it would be a shame to plummet so badly.

Calley, re. your phone, go to the Tech sub-forum and ask for help.
I know I saw something once on drying out a phone, but can't remember the details.
They'll be able to help anyway, so don't buy another phone until you've explored those options.
Whitewing.....well done for not letting those rejection feelings overwhelm you, and well done to Littlewing!A future diplomat, methinks?
And well done for the scary phonecall! :T
As for me, I got three major appointments out of the way today, and in all the wind and rain as well!(I just lurve spiders!)
