My doses got tweaked a two or three times over the first year or so.
After several years now, I do my own tweaking, (sanctioned by the Consultant), up to a certain maximum dose per day, depending on the demands being made of me on the day.(I just lurve spiders!)

I've borrowed a book from tge library about ADHD.
Found it in Child Health.
The descriptions of children and their symptoms right down to developing co-morbidities in the teen years like dysthymia fits me to T.
On the one hand it feels good to get a proper diagnosis.
On the other hand, if I'm such a clich!, why wasn't I diagnosed earlier? I'm 49 !!!!!!. Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway... :huh:0 -
I found a picture of me when i was 16.....i was so slim back then  decided to use it as motivation to lose weight, look at the pic, get motivated. I went swimming yesterday and today. Only lost 1lb since last week but its a start at least :jThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Still have that virus but its more of a mild cold now, just have to blow nose now and again and cough once or twice to clear throat
Was funny earlier though as I had a mild cough and my nose blew a snot bubble when I did so lol.0 -

Hi guys, I saw my bowel surgeon yesterday, he has deemed it too risky to operate on me at the date given at end sept.due to how ill I am, so it's being put on hold ... I'm so relieved, I've been so worried that I wouldn't make it if they did.. I've got another health scare via my rheumatologist.. possible vasculitis, so waiting on more tests. I haven't responded the the steroids for the addisons, and have had to be on prednisone for weeks as my asthma got really severe.. basically they are still trying to get to the bottom of what is causing the severe inflammatory response that is making me so ill. He is thinking of trialing me on an auto immune modifying drug, I've been in bed for so long, I haven't been out to the PD centre for weeks or anywhere. The things keeping me sanish are doing a bit of adult colouring in bed sometimes, my cats, and my lovely new PA, who I'm so pleased with. and so pleased I'm finally free from the care agencyHad a £350 windfall today, after I should have been on a water rate reduction for 2 years, after I submitted the incontinence info, as I've been made to pay £58 a month which was insane, and they finally got me on the tariff, down to £17.50 PM and backdated it,so that's a relief
