    Hi All,
Nice to see you posting again WaS. It's awful about BIL but did make me laugh.

I hope everyone had a good bank holiday, even though they seem to fly by, and was sensible enough to turn off their normal alarms - unfortunately I wasn't so ended up getting up at half 6 yesterday...

At least I've only got today to get through at work this week and then IzHe and I are off to Greece for a week. Hopefully we'll both be feeling better tomorrow than we are today (very iffy tum for him and tired/hormonal crazies for me) but even if we're not it'll be much nicer surroundings to feel a bit ucky in :D

Hugs and squishes to all xx

    Welcome back WaS!!!!! :J

Had my appointment, i'm being reffered to 2 courses, one for managing bipolar (thats 9 weeks long and focuses quite a bit on mania) and another 6 week one for depression. Its not therapy but group sessions on how to manage bipolar. Should hear back in the next 3 months. Still waiting to hear back about PIP but no news is good news (i think)

A wobbly day for me today. Started with the dentist and went down hill from there. When I got in I just shut myself in the lounge with my knitting and streamed a movie - thank God for the distraction of the Internet! DS1 stuck his head in and asked for a lift to the station- literally a 5 minute round trip - but I couldn't face even that, just wanted the security of home.

Health penguin I've been missing my mum terribly today and had a little cry. I couldn't work out what had brought it on, but then remembered we heard yesterday that DH cousin has cancer and I think subconsciously that had stirred up feelings from when my mum died. No way really of dealing with it other than giving myself timepenguin end
