Dekaspace, your experiences sound a lot like ADHD.
I can relate to a lot of them, especially at the moment.

    Afternoon my lovelies,

Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round to those that need them.

Anyway this is totally my fault as got up late. Came down to find a dog looking very sorry at me. He had an accident and made a mess on the floor. Oh well gave him lots of cuddles and told him not his fault but mine.

Oh I am joining the 21st century. I have upgraded to a smart phone. Its arriving tomorrow. I might end up throwing at the wall if I can't work it :rotfl:

Sleep is all messed up again. I am sleeping later and later. And really struggling to get up. AM thinks I have the same as him, sleep
apnea. I am not sure what its related to. Some days I can get up and do loads of stuff. And then other days I have enough problems getting up and taking the dog out for a 2 miles walk.

Anyway hope everyone has better weather today. Yesterday here was a wash out.

    Take care

    Yours

    Calley X

Sleep problems do seem to be inexplicable a lot of the time, Sunday night was awful for me, despite me spending a few hours working in the garden on the fence I'm building and being physically exhausted, then Monday was worse even though I was absolutely shattered (I did very little at work yesterday as a result :o )

Fortunately I'm a bit better today, but it's when I get to the "I don't want to go to bed, even though I'm really tired as I know I'm not going to sleep" point that it feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel.

MU, hope you get the appointment sorted out soon, is there no-one that can lend you their phone for a couple of minutes to make a call? Seems like every package has infinite minutes on it nowadays so it would only cost a little battery power.

I have aspergers but was meant to have ADHD assessment when I was a teenager 16 years ago, it was just back then I was happy if anxious, and did get better until that family member dying put me further back which was the point the smallest things knocked me down so I became to point that I believe I have taught myself to be that way, I don't do things as my brain hasn't kicked in, as it hasn't kicked in and because I am doing nothing I feel lethargic all day but bedtime my brain hasn't done enough to sleep and a vicious circle.

All something like exercise does is physically tire me so instead of 8-10 hours a day sleep its 12 or 13 so that doesn't help.

    Hey guys.

Initial assessment done today. The nurse assessing me believes I require a full diagnostic assessment and interview.

    That's in two weeks.

    I feel weirdly tired.

Off home, after going shopping, to prepare for the interview tomorrow.

Try to have a good evening.

    Ginge.
 Don't know what I'm doing, but doing it anyway...

I got anew phone its just my lo9gin details for the onine service were on my other phone and i now can't access them. I'm going in tomorrow to get them but will book an appointment when i'm there too to be on the safe side.

I need to ring DVLA and inform them of my bipolar too. Plus side to that is the provisonal i lost and got replaced was found so if it does get revoked i can send the new one back and still keep the lost one as id. Added bonus (if you can call it that) is if it is revoked i can get my bus pass back :o

I hope everyone is doing as well as they can.

We whitewings are cramming a lot into our lives at the moment, but not enjoying it perhaps as much as we should. Family life seems to take up so much time, there does not seem to be room to stop and rejuvenate. Maybe it is just that the British world seems to be a bit relentless lately.

We have no time to stand and stare feels apt right now, so it is probably a good time to get off to bed. My very best wishes accompanies each and every one of you.

Gosh, it's quiet on here. I'm off to an interview today, so wish me luck! (Altho I'm not 100% sure about the job, so it will be interesting to find out more.) Squishes to all - and a special shout out to WaS (hope you are quietly building up inner strength) and AO - good to hear you are turning the corner.

    Good luck JM :)

Not much happening here, I didn't get up before noon either day at the weekend, but I needed the rest as last week was a real struggle due to lack of sleep. Have my Italian friend coming on Friday for the weekend, if the weather's good we plan to go to the airshow at Weston-super-Mare on one of the days. Also means good food as she's an amazing cook (and loves doing it, else I wouldn't ask ) .
