  • Best wishes faerie and melly.

Friend sent me this link to a C4 programme about autism which has a 5 minute "How autistic are you" test on it, the data from which is being used anonymously by Cambridge university (if you give consent). It gives a result at the end out of 10 and high scores indicate an autism diagnosis is more likely. Finaly page shows a scale and I scored 9 (looks like about 9.4 where the arrow is on the scale), average male score is about 3.1 and average autistic male score is about 7.8. Not going to seek a diagnosis though, because what would that achieve? I've made it this far and I'll still be me at the end of it.

Is it bad that I just watered next door's really annoying dog through the fence?
Not something I'd normally stoop to, but it went from barking incessantly to trying to get through, they'd gone inside having given up trying to control it and I wasn't having Gitdog blamed if it did kick things off.

Hada fairly big success today in that I managed to get my VW camper started for the first time in 18 months :D , having bodged in to place a new component to replace the thing I thought was broken (the correct new component is no longer made so I had to get something almost the same and adapt it to fit) and rewired the connectors. Amazingly after turning over for about 15 seconds on the starter to pump the fuel through, it burst into life, I was so surprised and delighted that I gave a little cheer :o . Need to give it a check over, then book it in for an MOT.

Off to Stoneleigh near Coventry tomorrow for the kit car show.

I have no god(s) so don't pray, but continued best wishes Melly.
