P cat likes to sit on the back on the sofa behind my head and groom me (he obviously thinks I don't do a very good job of it ). He was doing this last night and then I felt teeth on my head! Think he got a bit carried away with the cleaning :rotfl:.

I did a scary thing! I've booked my smear test for next week After last years panic over it i'm feeling a little less anxious this year, just got to get it done. And have been reminding all the ladies at work to get theirs done too!

Haven;t had any alcohol since last week. Mostly cos i've been at Swain's but have resisted the urges since ive been back at mine. :j though imay have gone back to the pepsi max addiction but i'm trying to drink squash as well so i'm getting some water in me.

[penguin] i just accidentally heard a song that has triggered bad memories. it came on autoplay and i got off it when i heard it but its still hit me. I never told anyone this bar my old psychiatrist, but when i was 15 i met up with someone i met online and he sexually assaulted me, this song was playing the whole time during it if i ever hear this song i freeze and have to run away, it reminds me of what happened.
