    Thank you all

I'm sorry but I'm not going, I'm going to call them to rearrange I really can't cope just had another crying fit OH has gently said 'do you think putting yourself under this pressure is the right thing to do, or do you think you need to lick your wounds and sort yourself out?'

    Sorry

No need to apologise Melly :grouphug: Sounds like it's for the best.

I'm glad your OH had finally realised the pressure you are putting yourself under though.

Melly, don't ever think you have to say sorry for feeling like you do with everything you've got going on.
I'm glad OH is being supportive for you today - do you think maybe a call to the doctor at some point? For someone to talk to and give back up, if nothing else.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I'm going to I think elsien
I didn't cry this much when my dad died and I was and still am devastated by that.

I do need to apologise though I know I need to get myself back on the horse and be shiny just can't.

Today I'm going to shout at the council about housing benefit, healthy minds about discharge letter

And try and speak to someone to sort me out I think.
    Had bad thoughts last night

Tbh, I think this is what you needed, to break down and cry. It's been building up and up and up for months, and a person can only take so much. You have been extremely strong in many many ways, having to do everything (look for a job, sort out HA, sort out OH's benefits etc) whilst under a tremendous amount of pressure from all angles. I would have broke down months ago.

Take another day/few days to just sit there and cry if you need to/prepare for the job/prepare to fight the HA/or whatever you need to do. You seriously need some time out Hun.

    Well as I'm still crying
And my period (sorry Ono) has just finished so I can't blame hormones I think we can safely asume I'm broken.

    Will be ok
    Drink tea
    Stop crying
    Cancel interview
    Call council
    Call Healthy Minds
Go to sleep - or maybe go and see my neighbour and play with a baby

Melly, you're not feeling well, don't be so hard on yourself! If you'd got food poisoning or flu you wouldn't be going to an interview - this is no different.

    Take care poppet xx
