Tea - if you're still planning on starting the cleaning when you get home you've got a lot more motivation than I have. My plans for the evening involve sending OH out to pick up a takeaway, the settee and some rubbish TV :D

My mum might come round tomorrow Iz! :rotfl:

Nah, it really needs doing. Somehow the more I'm away with work, the worse the house gets. Which makes no sense at all because there's only me living there, how does it get messy?!

Plan is housework done by 8pm then feet up time - am over-excited about the thought of a nice quiet night in. :D

:D That definitely explains the motivation, my OH often comments that it's like preparing for a state visit if my mum's coming over.

I think it gets messier when you're not there much because you come in and dump stuff without having time to put anything away. You're also not there to do all the little five minute jobs that you don't notice until they're not done.

I hope you get it finished early enough to enjoy a relaxing evening.

Sorry everything is happening at once Melly, it can be overwlhming just dealing with a few stressful things but you have even more going on so i can understand why its getting to you, you've done really well to sort stuff today though :)

Calley I'm sorry you're feeling unsettled and lonely :( its never nice to feel that way. Is there anything we can do to help ease the lonliness? I know its not the same as physically having a person there but we are all here for you

Just knowing people are around is enough.

want to come and tidy my bedroom :rotfl:

well done on the couch to 5k. I did do nearly 3 mile walk with my lodger last night and remember why I go alone and with head phones :rotfl:

    Good luck with dinner

Cleaning my cesspit of a room was enough for today :p

I'm sorry im not around as much when i'm at Swain's but i'm at mine today so you can have the pleasure (well thats debateable :rotfl: ) of my company for the rest of the evening if you want to chat :) I shall be around (currently trying to avoid DT as i stupidly emotionally reacted to a post and do not want to see the responses :o i really need to avoid that part of MSE!)

Whilst tidying up i found my hello kitty lego(ish) that Swain bought me! Might get that out and revert to being 6 again :p
