The top hat should be white to match the dress and the occasion! :D

I don't think i'll be getting married anytime soon, we were watching Don;t Tell The Bride and i said to Swain that if we get married i dont want a first dance as i hate being the center of attention or speeches as that would be equally embarrassing and his response was we'd probably have a quick registry office marriage followed by a McDonalds  the thing is i'm not sure he was kidding :rotfl:

Highly amused and also confused. Just got a reminder on my phone to "write to Prince William" I'm not sure what i wanted to write to him about, i must have set it whilst half asleep. :rotfl: Though thinking about it it might have been mental health related, i do recall him and Kate being ambassadors of some sort. Either way rather a strange reminder to get :o

That is lovely, MU (the Prince William bit). I hope you do write to him, if only to encourage him to continue campaigning to talk about MH and end the stigma.

Love it MU :rotfl:. I hope you do write to him..... he seems like a nice man who's keen to use his position to help others.

Am now wondering if I could get away with wearing a top hat in the office.... can't help thinking it would add a certain something to my look :D

Change it to a pub lunch and it sounds perfect. :D I'm another that greatly dislikes being the centre of attention. With the right person I'd like to be married, what would put me off is having to have a Wedding involving crowds of people.

"Crowds" being "more than about half a dozen" in this context. :rotfl:

I have three big work things to do today (and lots of smaller stuff). I don't know where to start with any of them, plus I have no interest in any of them. So I've already spent 1.5 hours staring at them in panic and have achieved absolutely nothing.

I need to just pick one and get on with it.
  • Start with the second.

There, I've saved you having to choose :rotfl: . Thank (or curse) me later!

Argh. It can't be good when you seriously consider whether banging on the hood of a van that moved forward when you were crossing a junction because the driver was on his phone and didn't see the person in bright yellow was the best move and perhaps I should have just let him hit me as he wasn't moving all that fast and I'd get time off.! :rotfl:
