He was never back living at mine (although I do have a car that isn't mine in the garage now). I haven't seen him since Saturday afternoon. I confronted him on the phone yesterday and shouted for a bit. Had a couple of messages last night which I ignored, haven't heard anything today. I think he's got the message.

Do you have the keys to the car? If so, you could drive it round to his, with anything else of his in the car as well, and post the keys through his letterbox.

:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.
  • I'm off to the Harry Potter Studios again tomorrow! I am so excited. Decided last year's trip was so good I need to do it again - AND I got coach travel, dinner, bed, breakfast and entry to the Studios for £79!!

Oooh! That's somewhere I must get around to visiting. It's not far from my parents and where I grew up either, so I've would have somewhere to stay as well.

edit, just realised that ticket cost + petrol for the return journey is about the same as you're paying for your whole trip!

WW you so cheeky sometimes :rotfl:

I am of that age where I can't wait until I am done with all of that. Sure it will bring a whole new range of a issues.

Tea, message him one last time and tell him he has 24 hrs to get his stuff and get out of your life and never contact you again. Then block his number and try and put him out your life for good. And believe me easier said than done. I do know. If you ever want to pm please do. The same to anyone having a hard time. PM if you want to chat. Always happy to listen.

You owe it to yourself. You deserve someone as fab as you are. Who wont keep letting you down my lovely. I never in a million thought I would be single on the edge of 40!!!!

    Yours

At least a car is easily (re)moved! Has the other stuff that was in there gone?

Have you tried the car doors/boot in case they're unlocked? If one is, you could say you'll push it onto the road and he can come and get it. And he'd better hurry, 'cos it will still be unlocked. (Unless you can lock it and then shut the door type thing).

I really feel that the time for being Ms. Nice 'n' Reasonable is long gone.

Most of the other garage stuff is gone. I'm confident that the stuff left I could take to the tip.

No chance of me moving the car due to the angle of the garage (down a weirdly angled alley and involves a sharp corner). Honestly I'm not sure I could get a car in or out of there even with the keys!

If it's level, I could - I have a set of the wheel skates they use in car showrooms to move the cars around so you don't even need to release the steering lock. I got them so I could move the racing car around the garage at my old house when it was broken. Which it often was :rotfl:

No use if there's a gradient though, a ton of car with no brakes or steering tends to run away very fast!

But how do you get the car onto the skates?

And could the car do a double axel? :D
