That would make a double negative, and I know Italian is more relaxed about them than English but I can't quite bring myself to write it :o

edit - I wasn't sure about nessuna / nessuno, when to change the ending still catches me out sometimes..

I think most negatives are double, or even triple....take non.....niente, non....mai, and nessuno usually is non........nessuno, but I'm no expert, and very out of practice, and there may well be instances when the negative isn't double.

Whether nessuno /nessuna, perhaps it depends on what gender the 'precedenti' things are. If they were something like 'candidati', that's masculine, so I would have pickled 'nessuno'. If it were 'cose', that's feminine, so 'nessuna' would apply.

    Them's just my thoughts, anyway!

In any event, the verb tenses look good to me! :)

TC to GP surgery. I'd like to make an evening appointment please. "The earliest we have available to book is 3 weeks away. If you want to see the same doctor as before, it'll be longer. Can you come during the day?" No, because my workplace is 30 miles away from home. Can I book X day, when I'm working from home? "Phone up at 8.30 am two days before hand." I can't, I'll be driving on the motorway at that time, so it wouldn't be safe to call. " Nothing else we can offer, sorry."
3 weeks it is then. Probably be either cured or dead by then. Grumps off to fort in search of biscuits.

WaS, are you feeling better or worse than last week? I miss you (and WaSp).

    elsien, what can I say?!

I am annoyed with myself as I missed the 1 min silence. Technically I didn't miss it as I was here on my own and not talking but I didn't stop and reflect like I normally do.

Today is just a day to get through. I have a day off work tomorrow. I need it. I have no enthusiasm at all. I am okay though, even mildly cheerful.

WW just do it now. You can do it at any time to reflect on all the soldiers who lost their lives and been injured during any battle since the first WW I.

I have done 3 washes today and not even at my house. Turning in to a right little house wife LOL!!! Well, as action man lets me stay at his while he goes to work. I dog sit and take action collie out for a walk, I am also using his electric and internet the least I can do for him. Action man has a house inspection this evening. He should be here but may be a few mins late. so i have to let them in

Action man liked the stripper shoes. I did tell him they would not fit him :rotfl::rotfl:

Its lovely and bright and warm here. Hard to believe that its nearly the middle of november.

Everyone have a good afternoon and I will catch up with you soon.

    Yours

    Calley X

Sounds just like my GP elsien - apparently we all have a months notice for being ill!

Am so glad it's Friday - a week of very badly managed office move discussion has resulted in every single person here in a bad mood and no one has actually moved yet. We're only talking about swapping desks within the same room - it has not gone well!
