Restless leg people, have you seen this?
http://www.mirror.co.uk/lifestyle/health/restless-legs-can-eased-simple-9190200
Thanks for the link.
I am sceptical. I don't think the article writer knows about restless legs. It's more than tossing and turning in bed, and whilst massage and stretching etc helps, the symptoms come back as soon as you stop doing them, so you are still out of bed all night. It's not as easy as 'have a hot bath and massage your legs for half an hour and you will have a good night's sleep'. No, you will do that, the symptoms will calm down and then when you stop, the crawlieness will return and you will have to be out of bed again.
I agree that RLS is no fun for the sleeping partner of an RLS sufferer, which is why myself and husband have separate bedrooms, so that I can get up and down during the night without disturbing him. Even though my symptoms are kept relatively under control by medication, my sleep pattern is awful, and I am often awake for hours. I have learned not to fight this, just watch tv or something until I fel sleepy again. I could not do this in the same room as my husband.
However, the product in your link is worth a try. If it works it would be great.
Thanks once again. x(AKA HRH_MUngo)

It depends on your definition of 'nice'. I've got some chili rice cakes, with sweet chili Philadelphia and cucumber, which I think are lovely but a lot of people reckon they're like eating spicy polystyrene.0

My chocolatey things have mysteriously evaporated in the last half an hour. So now I'm trying to feel belatedly virtuous by eyeing up the salad. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Those rice cakes sound wonderful. DH has turned up with healthy food plus a cookie so I am happy.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0

You don't need any prerequisite study or knowledge to do it.(I just lurve spiders!)

Evening My lovelies,
Hugs, handshakes and squishes all round.
I am at action mans for the weekend. I brought my lappy with me. So I can keep on top of e-mails etc.
Have taken the doggy out twice for a walk. When action man left for work this morning I kissed him as he walked out door, and he told me he loved me awwwww. He is so sweet.
Anyway just me and doggy this evening and for the next 24 hrs  as action man is away doing some do with the TA.
Means I get to tidy up a bit :rotfl::rotfl:well I try and hope he is not watching on me on the doggy cam!!!! Might cover it over LOL!!!!
I think I need a skip and loads of bin liners :rotfl: If we ever got to the point of living together I don't know where all his stuff will go????
Hope everyone has managed to get to the end of the week mostly intact. And have a rest over the weekend if you can.
Yours
Calley XHope for everything and expect nothing!!!

This is a good site for anyone interested in the night sky, spotting the planets etc.
Click on the link and then find the pic that says "this week's sky at a glance". It's at a convenient time, one hour after dusk.

It was a shame because two days ago there would have been a view of Saturn, as well as as other stuff, Antares, etc., but it was very cloudy.(not like last night, which was clear! Grr!)
However, on the night of November 11th it will be visible again! Fingers crossed for a clear sky.,
