Faerie its hard but try not to stress. They are coming to assess you a not the flat. If you get in a state , don't worry, they've seen it before and will be able to know what is 'normal' stress and what is your illness.Lost my soulmate so life is empty.

Sigh. Now I want one of those tiny, weeny teddies.
.
They're adorable! :happyhear: I got my Mam one of these http://www.teddydelivery.co.uk/steps/1 when she went in hospital to get her spleen out. She tucked it into her on pajama top pocket!0 -
Try not to worry faerie. I assume that the clutter is only there because you are too ill to do anything about it. In a way, that makes it a symptom of your conditions. It is important that the psychologist/assessor sees all your symptoms, so they get a true picture of how things are. If they call round and find a spotless show flat, konmari-d to the hilt, then they're only going to think that you can manage perfectly well.
Your clutter could actually help you : )0 -

I'm getting nervous guys.. I've got my assessment for the trauma BPD service on fri.. a clinical psychologist and another worker are coming to my home.. my flat is so cluttered, I feel embarrased them coming to my home. And I'm worried that I will do my default mode of angry, stressy rant.. I really want to be articulate, but I feel so overwhelmed at the sheer variety of problems, it's going to be hard to summarise in a nutshell.. so much trauma and illness has happened in the last 5 years since I last got mental health support .
Have you kept a written record of everything?
If so, give them a copy.
If not, have you got time to sit down and complle a timeline?
What about any letters you have written to the hospital/doctor?
Remember the meeting you had with the hospital official recently? You did very well there! Did you keep any notes from that?
Plus, you could go over the posts you've made on here........they will remind you of events and how you were feeling.(I just lurve spiders!)

MessedUp, congrats on your win! And an advanced birthday is a great idea! Think of the memories you'll have of the gig! Better than just splurging on a meal!
Torry, how are you feeling? :A
Did you have a read of Whitewing's article? I'm sure it will help you.
Bexs, how are you doing today? :A Have you been able to have another talk with your OH?
Just seen on the news about the hedgehog cafe in Japan!
It's ok, you don't eat the hedgehogs! It's a cafe where you can handle baby hedgehogs.
I'll go and google it................
.........no pictures, only videos.,if you want to, you read about it and see the video here:

My lodger had a mini breakdown the other night. So being the good land lady am trying to support him. When I can hardly support myself. He is very dismissive of medication. I told him not to be. I said its about the only thing that lets me function on some sort of level. And can help short term. he has this idea that you get hooked on it

Fantastically tired HBS today! Not sleeping well coupled with lots of jogging and cheer work is not too good. Shame I'm not losing any weight from it though - and combined with feeling low I think it's time for a docs trip.
On the plus side - I've managed to pay off two debts this week, getting there slowly but surely

Also a very tired person today, woke up with a dead arm in the night on several occasions. No idea why I kept sleeping in a funny position. Making absolutely no progress at work today, just want to go back to bed!
My Italian class met yesterday evening without our teacher (who has not long given birth to her first child so is not working at the moment) for a bit of practice. It's scary how quickly one forgets after a few weeks of not having any lessons. Not sure quite how productive it was though, we spent more time drinking tea and eating cake than talking Italian I thinkProud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20230
