Morning my Lovelies,
A lot cooler here today as I think it rained most of the night. Saves me a job of water the pots but also fingers crossed will have nicely filled up my water butt :j
MU, I know how you feel. I would like to see more of Lego man but its just not possible. He is back on nights for the next two weeks. Hes got a house to get done up and runs a business as well. So has lots on his plate. So I take what I can get at the moment as, I am hoping this a long term thing. And we are in contact everyday via text. Not the same but at least I know he is thinking about me.
Not sure of plans for today. Tuesday is normally the day I spend with my husband. But as I am trying not to spend any money I have said I will be round later after his cleaner has been. Then we can watch films or something. Rather than go out.
Have not spent any money in the last two days. Hoping that I can carry on for the next few days like that. made a list of all the food stuffs in the house and I have loads to eat apart from fresh fruit and salad items. But I do have loads of frozen veg :rotfl:
Hugs and squishes and handshakes all round. I will be in the fort just lolly-gagging about. So anyone having a tough time today pop in and see me. More than happy to listen to you. Maybe not be able to give a solution but if you want to get something off your chest you are more than welcome.
Yours
CalleyHope for everything and expect nothing!!!

Morning all.
My grumpiness carried on into the weekend and I spent most of Saturday either lashing out at IzHe or curled up in a ball in tears and most of Sunday apologising. It was a fun weekend in our household!! All seems to be back to normal now though and, apart from being so tired I'm not sure how I'm standing, I feel more like me.
Tea, I hope they sorted the computer/phone issue at work yesterday so you could get stuff done.
Well done WW. I hadn't even heard anything about the push up challenge but it's not something I'd be likely to be able to do - I seem to have pretty much no upper body strength.
Penguin to Calley I regularly get told off for making negative comments about myself and for not being able to accept compliments. I have a habit, whenever IzHe tells me I'm beautiful, of pulling silly faces at him. He's said before that it makes him feel like his opinion doesn't matter to me and I still don't seem to be able to stop doing it...
WaS, I'm glad you're feeling a bit better now it's cooled down.
MU, are there any programmes/films you like which Swain doesn't? If IzHe's out/away I tend to put things on that I wouldn't watch if he was there so that I can kind of enjoy him not being there even though I miss him.0 -
The scary work things are really piling up today0

I have actually got quite paranoid about the rats' cage pokemon. Quite unlike me.
Penguin about Pokemon in case it is a trigger for anyone:
How does 'it' know he has a rat's cage in his room? Or did the pokemon just get randomly 'placed' in the room, and just happened to be a rat symbol, and just happened to be in the rat's cage? Someone please explain in words of one syllable(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Completely coincidence SDW. Rattata (the rat one) and pidgey (the pidgeon one) are the most common, and crop up all over the place. I can see how one appearing in a rat cage would make you wonder though!0

That has actually made me feel better, knowing they are very common symbols. My son said it was just coincidence, but my mind just went into overdrive, as I say, this is most unlike me. Thanks for the re-assurance x
(ETA : It was looking out of the open door of the rat cage with the two real rats. Creepy).(AKA HRH_MUngo)

What tea said SDW, those are very common ones and keep on popping up everywhere. I can see why it spooked you though.
Walked 5k yesterday (2 different walks), the first walk was down to Spa because it's easier than taking the car atm as they are doing roadworks and you've got to wait for someone to escort you off the close, you have to drive really slowly whilst a workman walks in front of you lol!
Then went back down to the harbour again as we'd enjoyed our walk the previous days, and if D says should we go for a walk, then I've got to encourage it, as he never gets any exercise anymore as he's cooped up in his office all day.
None of this had anything to do with wanting to hatch some eggs and catch pokemon btw!0 -
It's great that it's encouraging him to get out and about Georgie. I seem to remember you posting a while ago about being concerned about him not being very active - but I could have totally misremembered that so just ignore me! :rotfl:0

That's right tea, I did. It probably won't last, and my enthusiasm for it probably won't either, but whilst it does, I'm making the most of it. I want to go out on my bike, but my Aunty and uncle are away this week and my bike is there so I can't get it.0

Exactly - I know full well I'll soon get bored of it, but while it's fun I'm making the most of it. I've been out for quite a few walks that I just wouldn't have bothered with otherwise, purely to hatch eggs0
