Oh code do you want some?
Its lovely here today. And yesterday.
I am with you on that penguin. I am the same. once I start and it can be whole family packets of stuff.
Right once more in to the breach dear friends. In others words need to shift my backside and get back out in the garden and do something. before I fall asleep on the sofa. I think the local landfill site is probably tidier than my back garden :rotfl:

Izzy,
In reply to your diet penguin
I leave my cards at my husbands house so I can't spend and try and keep no cash on me at all. I am really skint at the moment. Have £31 in my current account and £25 of that is for the DD for my CC. So eating out the freezers at the moment. So its keeping me on the straight and narrow.
I also get the bit about eating the entire packet. I can do that with massive sharing bags be it crisps, sweets etc. Even whole bought cakes I can wolf down.
Do you have any hobbies such as crafting, sewing etc. As if you do them you wont want to eat anything as you don't want to get what ever you are eating on to the item. Not sure if that will help in anyway.
Penguin end
Someone please give me a boot up the backside. Think I have taken root to the sofa :rotfl:

Calley - there's a doobry called an Arm Pocket that might suit you? Dunno if this is the best price on them but here's a link: http://www.simplysports.co.uk/Armpocket-The-Ultimate-Armband-s/1819.htmShe would always like to say,
Why change the past when you can own this day?0 -
Thank you, it's always good to know that it's not just me who does things like that :-)
Now, Calley, get your bum back outside. It's far too lovely to be indoors and I would much rather be in the garden than a freezingly-cold air conditioned office so go and enjoy the sunshine for me.0 -

Penguin reply to Izzy and code
I'm the same with crisps. I'm terrible in that once I start, I do find it hard to stop, and instead of just sticking to one bag (normal size, not family size btw!) or maybe two, I'll eat about 4-5 in a row. Big family bags I used to eat the whole one at once most times but got better at that by putting a portion in a dish (ok, it was a biggish dish, but it was a help!), sometimes I went back for some more, but it stopped me eating the whole bag.
I've always craved salty savoury things. With chocolate I can more or less take it or leave it and will only have a few squares as more than a few make me feel sick.
Pyxis, I love beef crisps too! Yes, the BBQ Pringles are quite sweet, but I love them! Then again I do love sweet and sour. Small penguin I'm on my resricted calorie day to day, and all I want now is a big bag of crisps or tube of Pringles! Penguin end
Re the Chuggers, I can't stand them either. I know they have a job to do, but if I even half believed they were passionate about the charity they are trying to get people to sign up to then that would be a start. They always come across to me as so fake, patronising and then they have the nerve to get pushy and angry with you if you don't sign up then and there. I personally don't think they should be allowed to come round and disturb you in your own home, they're worse than JW! Like code said, at least they leave you alone after a polite 'no thank you'
My neighbour gave them the biggest mouthful ever once (she was caring for her elderly parents, she was stressed and they'd called at a bad time. I could have just stood there and :T
Calley, would that fit in an iPhone arm band?0 -

georgie-i need to try the 5:2 diet again, i tried it before and did lose weight but ive been lax recently and not stuck to it. my fast days i try to do when i'm at work so i'm busy and have less chance to think about food (she says...being surrounded by pasties and cakes)
)
:rotfl: That was my first thought!
I find keeping busy helps too.0 -

Food penguin
I can demolish a truly indecent amount of pretty much all junk food. For me, a packet of crisps or bar of chocolate is a huge 'sharing' (ha!) one, I don't even consider the smaller ones!
My culinary skills surpassed themselves the other night - I ate three packets of quavers and a tub of chocolate brownie ice cream for dinner:o
End food penguin.
ETA: melly, she's too cute!!!0 -
She knows it tea.
OH pointed out he hadn't seen her all day yesterday I came out to go loo, little Un appeared from nowhere demanding cuddles and food lol.
Her and tom are in love (she smacks him sometimes and gets told off) my worry is just shouldn't have taken her in when can't afford to feed me (not that we had a choice)0
