    Melly,

You and that dress are gorgeous. And what a handsome man your dad is.

I love your hair and you are so pretty.

WOWzers  Melly you look beautiful :D:) and your dad looks very handsome and very proud :)

Have finally (badly..my printer barely works) photocopied psych letters for PIP application, somewhat worried as they are a few years old but its all i currently have and at least shows how long i've had these issues for.

That said feeling utterly depressed reading over them. Brings a lot of bad memories up, and its hard seeing it in black and white :( Have shoved them in the cupboard. Swain asked me why i dont just get my medical records and i told him if i read them i'd be even more of a mess. :o

    Aw she's lovely MU

I know it can be hard to see medical stuff written down, remember that it isn't all you are though it's not even a lot of what you are.
It's a little bit of you sometimes.

Couscous (aldi garlic from food bank) was a mistake, first thing eaten in 2 days stomach not happy at all.

Thats very true Melly...i think the problem with these forms and looking up stuff to support it is you have to face the issues you spend most of your life tryi9ng to ignore. I try to see myself as "normal" as possible and then when i read these things and explain them it makes me feel liek i'm not as "normal" as i think i am. My illness affects me in more ways than i generally admit to anyone. My friends see snippets of it, maybe a panic attack here and there, or manic ramblings on facebook, but they don;t see it day ion day out. I guess ive gotten use to putting on a front when dealing with my MH problems. :o

I've never eaten couscous! What's it like? is a similar thing to rice at all? I really need to start trying some new foods (and healthier ones at that!)
