Much amused by the invitation, Piggers! How nice! Have you accepted?

Up at sparrow's cough and ironed on cheap rate and proof read and edited DDs essay/report

Then went on errand. Got praise for returning to work after one day off, we have some staff off for a week! Same thing apparently - constitution (and figure, to be honest) of an ox, me!

  • Evening all,

I'm having one of those short periods of getting flying done, look :

    [STRIKE]WM
    DW
    S&S
    Kitchen surfaces
    Kitchen floor
    Clean oven and hob
    Wipe dining table and chairs
    Clean filters and door seals
    Clean front door [/STRIKE]
Try to do one thing from froggy paperwork list
    [STRIKE]Poo patrol[/STRIKE]

All done, apart from the paperwork. But I'm allergic to it.
Also been to paid stuff, and cooked meal out of nothing!
Now off to do Internet shop or it will be fresh air for tea tomorrow.

This energy and motivation can't last, it never does. But I'm trying to make the most of it.

piggers , are you going to go? I've discovered (it took me a while) that there are some nice people :D

yl sounds like you are having a busy time at the moment, hope you are finding time for yourself x

:rotfl: I've snuck off to bed :rotfl:

Soooo tired. Busy day, as usual and another planned for the morrow. Tried to keep my mind occupied today as it's the 6th anniversary of my first husband's suicide, so a tough one.

Piggers - you should go for a cuppa with the other mum! It may have taken her a lot of courage to ask you :o

I have read everyone else's news but just too zonked to comment...soz...zzzz....

Looks like the budget will be a stinker because the spin doctors have been hard at it.

    Ah well.

Might be looking for yet ANOTHER career change.
    *deep sigh*

And Happy Valley has finished - but it was excellent while it lasted.

    Morning

Dizzy hope today is not too tough for you.

Pigpen I would have made my excuses as well, which I know is the wrong thing to do but there you go.

And yes I am going to make sure I get a bit of down time today. Only 1 paid stuff. But then the kitchen needs doing, I have a gym class later and I think DS1 needs ferrying somewhere.

And yeah the budget is a bit of a worry Valli. I think a lot of people dont realise how deep these cuts could go. Hope your job isnt affected.

Right, need to get a shower and get ready for the paid stuff.

Valli, I worry too, but lets wait till it is public and has been voted through, but with the way the votes are going currently the gov may not get it through.

Cat had the food waste bin last night out all over the kitchen! cleaned all that up, it was in the lock position, so guess I'll have to find it some where else to live.
