No I pay for it really-he did buy lunch on the most recent excursion so I suppose there are things I take for granted-thanks for showing me that :-)0 -

Yes most of those things are budgeted for-the "250 would be for clothes/uniform/school shoes (daughter a needs special shoes largely), hair cuts, dentist, savings, going/eating out..0 -

I doubt they would be in "bills" (what she pays money for to him). As I can see from her posts she would pay mortgage, give him 200 for bills and food (very reasonable, may be even a bit too little ) and after she will be left with 250. Where else you think all listed (and many more expenses I forgot to list)is going to come from if not from those 250?The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.0 -
Add to that gadgets ( laptops , memory sticks), other stationary, may be printing photos once in a while , buying something for children's room , may be some bicycles , occasional vet bill , passport applications - even changing driving license as new address costs money.
No need for a sad smiley when you say you were going to move in , it all may work and if it does not now it may work later on at some point xThe word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.

No sorry I don't think I have made it clear.
I will rent out my house and it will cover my (interest only) mortgage, the letting agent fee and the buildings insurance.
I will have £750 wages
£320 DLA for daughter
£137.60 child ben
£40 Csa
=£1,247.60 approx
Out of this I will have to pay
£200 'rent', petrol, food for the girls and I, life insurance, washing machine insurance, childcare, swimming lessons, dance classes, savings for xmas, savings for bdays, ynab sub, netflix sub, mobile phone.
Thus I am left with approx £250 a month to cover anything else...0 -

Could you increase your working hours slightly, without increasing childcare costs, it seems a shame not to use your full tax free allowance each year?
I'm not sure of his circumstances but your ex's financial help seems to take the ****, not sure why you are so easy on him unless he has them 3-4 nights per week.
child benefit is £149 aswell as its paid every 4 weeks (13 payments per year)0 -
I will look into it thanks-yes he has them 6 nights a month.0

Do you have more than £1050 after bills and food now then?
Do you think your partner has £1050 after food and bills now ?
But I would not base your calculations on receiving rent. As it will take time to come through , there will be voids, expenses etcThe word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.

No I don't and I'm not sure what he has left as he doesn't tell me..
EEEK i could be worse than anticipated..!0 -

I think your misunderstanding it's £200 plus bills leaving roughly £250 spare at the end, I think your reading it as £200 all in.0
