Placed three orders on the 8th, one arrived on Saturday, one I have been advised is cancelled and the third I received an email this morning saying it was dispatched, but that one item within it had been cancelled.

I placed two orders on the 9th and one on the 10th. I received an e-mail on the 10th saying the first order I placed on the 9th has items which will be cancelled due to lack of stock. Since then, nothing, no e-mail stating which items, nor has the money completed cleared from my account, it's still ring-fenced for all three orders.

I did not receive the item or any cancellation emial, but on checking the account today they have cancelled my order. I rang up and apparently they are cancelling a lot of orders due to no stock available.

Mine's still showing as released for dispatch, which doesn't make sense to me, as it's been like that for a few days now, and no sign of the items.

I had an email to say my order might be cancelled, then yesterday I had a despatch email showing some items as dispatched and some as 'released for delivery', and this afternoon received a cancellation email for the items which were previously shown as released for delivery. 1 tardis mug and 3 out of 4 doctor who books cancelled

All of mine are showing as released for delivery, even those that are still in stock on the main page.

Mine said released for delivery on the confirmation email on the 10th and i havent had anything since..i think they have been overwhelmed and as they work through thebacklog more will be cancelled

2 orders on the 9th, 1 partial cancellation email, now both pending payments have disappeared from my bank, not looking good

I called today and was told released for delivery means nothing..the order hasnt even gone to the warehouse yet to check stock so could be cancelled at that point..not loooking good. They had no idea how long it would take to process any backlog just advised due to volume of orders there would be severe delays. I paid by paypal so know i can get a refund but would be worried how they will manage to pricess refunds once they stop trading which is in days?

Apparently if paying by card, they do not take payment until products are despatched, that is what i was told
