BBC shop closing down bargains

I had a dispatch email, then a cancellation email and then today received one of the two books I ordered! So I guess the other one won't be coming which is the one I really wanted but one is better than nothing.

I ordered two items from them a couple of weeks ago during their 2 for £5 offer. They emailed me to say one was out of stock and they would refund me £2.50, but I received both items. I told them but they just thanked me and said I wouldn't be charged any extra, so some out of stock items may still turn up.

I got one of the order cancelled emails too, had an email today explaining that 1 item is cancelled and the other 3 despatched. The cancelled item was the Dr who web of lies T-shirt.

I ordered onthe 10th and nothng since no despatch or cancellation emails

I ordered on the 8th and other than the initial confirmation email have heard nothing further. Website still says "Released for delivery".
