This is sad news, I loved using the BBC shop through Play.com (or what was Play.com), always great service. I've got some Christmas gifts already bought in the closing down sale. I think I'm going to some more now too.

Don't get too excited about this as cancellations are now starting for orders placed a few days ago.:(

Just got a cancellation e-mail saying some of my items are out of stock due to high demand etc. However it doesn't say which items! It also says if payment has been taken a refund will be made which will take up to 21 days !!!!
