Looks like it is going to be another decent day here. Its almost two weeks since DH was diagnosed with the dreaded worms and apparently this is the time when we could get re-infected so I am going to wash all our bedding just as a precaution. Advice? Pigpen? I am terrified of one of us getting the damned things again and DS2 is not very good at handwashing no matter how much you remind him. We have more tablets to take on Monday.

Other than that the grocery shopping is coming, I need to take DS2 to get his hair cut, the LR needs hoovering as I didnt get that done and I am going to try and have a bit of chill out time as well. Have a good Saturday everyone x

Oh and where is Bossy? Is she away somewhere?

    Morning All

    Fantastic cake ionafan!

I had quite a productive day yesterday for a change and made quite a bit of headway in my kitchen. So far today I have 2 lots of washing on the line, a 3rd load in the WM, stripped our bed which accounts for 2 of the loads and I'm now going to crack on with more in the kitchen. Having said that I feel quite grotty with a cough and a cold but while I'm in the mood I'd better get stuff done!

    Have a good day all

Lots of hand washing.. Wear undies to bed.. It takes around 6 weeks from scratching your bottom to the wriggles reproducing so it is that cycle you need to break.

They lay eggs at night so you get itchy and scratch in your sleep.. Wearing pants stops you doing that..
Wash hands in a morning before doing anything! .. Just in case!
Change hand towels daily and don't share bath towels for a while.

Tbh, without knowing where they were originally picked up it is difficult to prevent reinfect ion but they are so easily treated I'm sure you are free for now.. (I also retreat after 1 & 2 months just to make sure!)

Why am I trying to tidy my room?? I hated doing it as a beast I don't want to do it now either *sits on floor and plays on phone!*

There are so many clothes to put away and no room to put them!! I am shifting squeaks drawers out of my room so the wardrobe can come in which will clear some stuff but there is just so much I must get rid of!! I need to make more of an effort with ebeast I think! I have lots to pay out as always!

Sorry for not posting much this week but trying to stay focussed and not come on here too often Today I've been flying as I can but also been doing some paid stuff for new boss A; going so well I can't believe it. Also walked the dog with a friend. Both lots of kids bedding stripped and washed so need to hang that up to dry on my midden now. S is bring a friend home after school to play and have tea so thought I'd make a nice shepherds pie or something. Really want to get knitting but need to try to hold on as got housework to do first!

It sounds as though you're making serious inroad there, Mumof2. Good on you.

Yorkshire Lass, Bossy said she was rushed off her feet at the moment what with work, her course and everything else. Looking forward to seeing her back - I think she said it was the next couple of months.

Flying minimal but at least I'm keeping up with most of the stuff I absolutely have to do.
    Better is good enough.
