What you have to download is their own software that will provide access to their database, questions etc. It doesn't have anything to do with Word or Open Office. The email says that if you don't respond in a week they assume you are not interested and cancel your contract.

You should contact them and explain about your family being ill. Hopefully they will send you the link again.

I sent my contact back on saturday and haven't heard anything back yet.

It said up to 5 days, so you think this wait sounds ok? Should I email them or am I being impatient?!

I sent back my contract 7 days ago and have heard nothing. emailed Rowina this morning, should I be worried?

Didnt get into AQA first time around so am about to apply again as they UK vacancies listed. On the application form it asks if you have applied before. Do you think by putting yes they don't really look at your new application as you have been turned down before or do they look at every application on merit whether or not you have applied before?

Morning, just thoguht I'd say that I put down that I had already applied and i still got in on the third attempt so Idon't think it counts against but is simply for thier records. I can't recommend it enough, while it can be tiresome to search for some answers (my personal favourite was "how long is a millipedes penis?")overall its a good way to earn in my opinion.

I got in on my 2nd attempt and stated that I'd already applied beofre - I don't think they hold it against you

I think sometimes, applications get refused not because they weren't *good* enough, but because they'd already filled their quota by the time you sent your form back (or perhaps by the time they got around to checking it, if they had loads of good quality applications to look at before yours). So no, I don't think saying you've applied before can hurt
