    I emailied to apply last week, got an acknowledgment email saying they would send me an application pack, not received it up to last night....what should I do now?

    I found that at first - very frustrating! When I did my test I think that about two thirds of the time was spent editing my answers down to fit.

    I found the test quite easy. Maybe its because I am a writer anyway. A tip is to focus on answering the specific question first. For me this took about 100-120 characters, with the remaining for extra interesting add ons, if necessary

    I've just applied too, after reading about everyone on here not always getting through first time, i'm not getting my hopes up! :D:D Most of my answers were bang on 153 after some editing! :D:D
