    Oh no Pigpen; not poorly again - that's not fair. Hope it clears up soon and no-one else gets it.

    Iona are you a transcriptionist like me then? I've seen a few times you've put down transcribing in your list. It's good to be able to work from home isn't it and I'm learning to be more focused and have certain chunks of the day when I work, some when I clean and some when I 'play'!!

    YL hope the appointment goes well.

    Pouring down here and absolutely foul outside so me and the dogs have decided to have a day off from walking - it really wouldn't be much fun out in this! So far I've done a hot wash, made my bed, done 2 x paid jobs and invoiced my boss. Besides flying I need to:

    * Text Z re remembering her school jumper (again - did it 3 times yesterday!)
    [STRIKE]* Pay C for agility lessons[/STRIKE]
    * Do my ironing
    * Fetch S from friend at 6.30
    * [STRIKE]Transfer money into J's account and look into switching to M&S bank for house account[/STRIKE]
    * Add anything onto shopping list before 5.00 tonight
    [STRIKE]* Contact Water people to let them know my other house is now empty and not to take payment from previous tenant's bank account!
    [/STRIKE]
    Going to get a cup of coffee and then I'll be off. Anyone is welcome to join me but not doing a proper HHC.

    Please will you come and do my house tomorrow, HB?

    Much as I'd like to oblige (not), I'm too shattered to do anything other than sit here and type this!

    More virtual boxes of tissues heading your way, Dusty.

    My lists are very impressive HeyJude. I spend a lot of time creating them, sorting them, colour-coding them and putting them exactly where I need them. In fact, so much time that I haven't got any time left to do the cleaning. Fancy that.

    I will flick the dewebber and duster around later, though. A bit.
    Better is good enough.

    That made me smile - so busy doing lists and colour coding them you don't have time to clean!! I could be found guilty of doing that too you know!

    Have done a few jobs (altered my list above) including phone call - don't know why but I still don't like contacting people to sort things out even though I was a PA for 12 years :D

    Morning all
    Hope everyone is well

    Just back from my check up, mammogram and ultrasound done large but harmless cyst drained so I now feel a little sore. Doctor I saw at the beginning and end of appt said she was glad I'd come as when I first arrived and was checked she didn't think it felt like a cyst so was happy with the outcome. She's told me we should never be complacent and even people with cyst should be breast aware and report lumps.
    Hugely relieved at the outcome.

    Ds2 has gone for it college appt on his own so I'm hoping to hear from him soon that it went well.

    Just going to have a quick tidy round before I head off to work but first I'll grab a coffee and catch up on the threads.

    Hugs to all

    Not paid! I did a fair bit of transcribing for a local project a few years ago, and now DS2 has asked me to help him with his research project for his Master's dissertation.

    Onwards and upwards - soup and kitchen next!

    I braved the nursery run and the fresh air has helped with the sicky bit, still feeling a bit green but I am absolutely utterly exhausted .. Squeak has dance after school and ice skating after dance so I have to have her food on the table for 4:30.. spaghetti, toast and cheese it is then!!

    Profitable nursery run when I found a very wet £10 .. and this children is why we carry cash in a wallet or purse!!

    Good find there Pigpen!

    Done the kitchen as much as I'm going to and now going to do the ironing which I didn't do yesterday.

    Trying to put off ringing the osteopath; it hurts me at the bit between where my collar bone ends and the top of my arm meets and it feels like something is a bit misaligned - I know she will be able to help me but it'll cost around £40. Think I'll try to soldier on a bit more ....
