Happy anniversary Lynne!
Busy day today.
OH is out for a run. When he gets back it will be a quick shower and then out to run a few errands. One of which involves visiting the weighing machine. We are trying to eat better. OH has put a stone on as he had to stop running for a couple of months and was still eating the same amount! Oops! And I want to see what the damage is after having little miss f!
When we get back we will have a quick lunch and then ds1 is going for a trial at a dance and drama class. As soon as they are back we have some friends over and then another set coming over at 3.30! Manic day! So not much flying will get done- maybe tonight!! X

Happy Anniversary, Lynne!
Hope pigpen & co are feeling better today.
Dizzy Imp, I have new van envy!
I have already done an hour's work in which I transcribed just 3.5 minutes of a video. Only another 19 minutes to go! I do wish the people wouldn't all talk at once!
DH is taking himself to a model railway show near Leamington, so he'll be out for most of today, leaving me to get on with my work in peace. He's also dropping off his grey suit and heavy winter jacket at the cleaner's so that he looks decent at my goddaughter's weddingNow I've just got persuade him to buy a new pair of black shoes...
I managed to go shopping late yesterday evening, so here's my list for today:
[STRIKE]- S&S kitchen[/STRIKE]
- S&S bathroom when DH finally emerges
- WM [STRIKE]x1[/STRIKE] x2 x3
- Transcribing
- Cake decorating
Must get on with it! I've had the windows open upstairs to blow away the cobwebs so it's fresh up here and I should be able to concentrate better.
See you later today or tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great weekend x0 -
We're all shattered .. Dot had a massive nose bleed at 6am and we've all been up since 5am..

Healing vibes for Dot's schnozibeak.
Happy anniverssary Lynne.
Huge congratulations on the van's arrival, Dizzy. I hope it makes life a lot simpler The sleep thing and booze are interesting. A consultant psychologist I know (his wife is a friend) did Dry January and found within a couple of weeks he was sleeping like a baby. He and his wife thought his appalling sleep was down to his stressful job - so if even a psychologist can under-estimate the effect of booze on themselves, so I think we can all let ourselves off the hook for being a bit dim about that. Within a fortnight of giving up the stuff my insomnia disappeared completely and I'd been plagued by it.
WM x 2 yesterday but the rain it raineth every day despite the forecast. Hey ho. I flung a couple of damp fleeces over the railing in the kitchen so the guests for fish and chip night wouldn't see the dogfluff on the kitchen floor which is at eye height when people are sitting at the dining table. Worked a treat. Must get round to sweeping it at some point again.Better is good enough.0 -

I've just finished reading the first book. I'm loving the idea and want to get stuck in, but I have paid stuff to do which needs to take priority
Lynn - Happy Anniversary
DD is out with ex today. He's taken her shopping for stuff she wants for a costume to go to comi-con next week. Apparently tomorrow I'll be helping her make the costume!
Laundry is on, DD is doing the ironing when she gets home, tea is planned, house is tidy. Plan for the rest of today is to do some paid stuff while DD is out then chill. I don't have the energy for anything more.
